I made my order on December 6th 2019 and expected it by right before Christmas, perhaps that was my mistake. I received it yesterday on December 30th so it took 3.5 weeks to get to me over the holidays. I did eventually receive an email on December 26th that it would be shipping out as soon as possible but after spending close to $300 on a toy (perhaps another mistake?) 2.5 weeks of no response or no news on my order was a bit disheartening. A coupon code for my next lightsaber is in place to help ease the pain of getting a late Christmas present for myself so that counts for something but overall I'd say I was the one who set the almost-unrealistic expectation that I'd get the saber before Christmas. 4 stars overall, could have been 5 if I received it quicker, but definitely 5 stars on the quality of the lightsaber. It's perfect, and I will definitely be showing it off to my nerd friends and might even build a cosplay around the saber. Thank you for reading this review, may the force be with you.
The quality of the sabers are great better then anything at Disney land for sure. But very upsetting I didn't get all the sabers I've ordered.

Customer service was great. Accidentally chose "emerald saber " without realizing sound was a separate option. Wanted to pay for sound. Anything I can do about that?
Experience was fantastic. The Ultrasaber is a joy to hold and practice with.
I ordered a saber and the battery pack snapped within a week of normal use. I emailed them to recieve my warranty activation and have not gotten a response yet.

Got my order fairly quickly, and I was very satisfied with the quality of the items recieved.
Received my order in record time and the recipient is like a kid on Christmas!
Overall I still give a 5 star I was pleased with the product I just wish that they mentioned the mini USB would not come with the lightsaber since I paid extra for the V4 soundboard to plug into a computer instead of going to look for one at a store that sells it. Sadly most stores don't sell mini usb cords anymore only the micro ones.
Ultrasabers is my go to brand for all of my saber needs. I would recommend over and over again.

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
