I was quite hesitant at first being a 1st time buyer and ordering "late" in the holiday season on Dec 6th, but Ultra Sabers did not disappoint. The website was easy to use and it shipped well before Xmas. My son loves his new light saber and I'm quite sure he'll want another.
Place two orders on Dec. 6. Got one of them but still waiting for second order. They are Christmas gifts for my son. We don't mind waiting but I wish I could get a reply from my emails regarding the status. Can't seem to get any type of answer on what is going on with the order.
Super fast shipping, and great packaging, happy with the saber itself. Only issue im having is that it appears the micro USB port on the diamond saber board is faulty as i cannot connect it to any PC in any way or form (cables and different ports tried)
Ordered 4 sabers- single, staff and mystery box. All contents were sent in 3 days and arrived to Russia before New Year. Fate of my other order made day prior to this is still unknown but I'm more than satisfied with this one

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
