Everything just went smooth and was very clear
I ordered the mystery box saber on December 8th to give to my son for Christmas. However, I had to get him something else since no one at Ultrasaber would answer my phone calls or respond to my emails trying to find out if it would arrive quick enough. I understand that they were very busy and I am not upset with the speed of delivery. I am just disappointed that in the three weeks of trying to contact them, that no one replied to let me know that it wouldn't make it.
Had a bit of an issue with delays with the holiday time of year (expected) and some miscommunication, but the purchase worked out and the product is excellent.
Worth the wait.
Was not on Christmas list! But Santa hit a home run favorite gift. Of course we had to get two so dad could join in on the fun
Came with no instructions on how to take batteries out and charge them. Also this material is worth cheaper than I paid for it
Everything was perfect. The sabers are amazing and I am so glad I discovered Ultrasabers. I live in Spain and it just took 9 days from ordering to receiving them at home. Ultrasabers just got a new usual buyer.
I ordered 2 sabers one for myself and one for my son for Christmas on Dec. 7. Both arrived on the 20th in plenty of time and in excellent condition as promised. We both love our sabers.

They made it so much fun choosing your own saber! I am highly satisfied with my light saber and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone! Little pricey but totally worth it! I love love love it! From the make, the material, the sounds, and even the light, everything is perfect and just the way I imagined it if not better!
I realize that it was the holidays but I think there should have been faster communication to customers that because of the large volume of orders there would be a delay. It was two weeks before anything was said.

Shipping time could of definitely been improved but given it was Holliday season and right around the release time of Rise Of Skywalker I cant put a lot of blame on the company, they also went out of their way to include a coupon for future purchases to make up for the delay.

I got the order however two parts of my light saber we're missing the button in the lightbulb I was told by some friends who also order the hair light sabers that it was due to the fact that you guys were rushing orders because it was around Christmas time And you guys were rushing orders so I'm still waiting to hear back about my button and my lightbulb for my lightsaber
I was a little sad that I did not receive my order in time for Christmas. Ordered Dec 3, arrived Dec 31, but I do know that I didn't choose expedited shipping. My son was thrilled with his light saber. Loves the sound, especially. Thank you!
