Perfect Christmas present
Had a great experience with Ultrasabers. My problem was FedEx left my package at the front corner of my fence for all the world to see, not only that he did not knock on my door ( I was home), left it in the pouring down rain. Thank you for wrapping it in bubble wrap. Now to take to my grandson. It was Kolby's Christmas gift. Will order again.
Great product. Will buy another in the near future. The shipper kept delaying the delivery which is not the fault of Ultrasabers. I'm sure that the holidays had a little to do with it.

I ordered the guardian handle with nickel plating. It came on time and well wrapped.
One screw jamed but it's no big deal. Every other things were as expected.
Product was exactly what I wanted and works great! It took a little more then two weeks for my order to arrive, it was right at the holiday so didn't bother me that much but overall a good experience
While there are a few very minor scuff marks on the hilt, I am ultimately very satisfied with my Ultrasaber!

First time customer. Picked up a saber to see how much I'd enjoy it. Nice price and fine quality from these guys. Customer service was excellent, as well. I've already purchased two more sabers and plan on making even more purchases, in the future.
The site was very easy to navigate and order the saber. The saber game almost a week after the delivery date which is was an issue with Fedex. I needed assistance with the saber and I sent multiple emails and calls. It took about 2-3 weeks to get a response when I finally got an email back, the information was helpful.

Ordering the stand and the recharging port. Taking the battery pack out of the handle can lead to damage.
Great product. The only reason for not getting all 5 stars is that I haven't heard back from customer service yet about how the blade plug is supposed to be installed.

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
