Customer service was really bad. I had to get amazon involved just to get a confirmation that my order shipped out. I sent emails after emails and phone calls but no response. Finally got my item

My lightsaber came damaged I would like a new one ASAP. I spent too much money on this in order for it to be damaged. The blade is super loose because the hole on the top part of the handle was made too wide. When I tried tightening the set screw to hold the blade from moving around it didn't make it any better. I took the set screw out to see why it wouldn't tighten and the threads were flat preventing the screw to hold properly.
I ordered a regular stunt saber and it came within the estimated time, the product overall was high quality. I contacted customer service and they responded within a day and were very nice and professional. Overall my experience was great.

Overall im overwhelmed. Its my first lightsaber and Ultra Sabers Spoiled me! Considering the holidays and the new movie the time I got it is acceptable. A little over a month isn't too bad. I love it so much. It is crafted wonderfully and the weight isn't awful at all! The larger scale doesnt bother me because I can see more detail and that is mind blowing.

It took a little longer than expected to recieve my saber. However the customer service team was very quick to make sure we were taken care of. I love my saber and will definitely be ordering from you guys again in the future!
We are still waiting on an order we placed on DEC 5th. At the time of order, they said it would arrive before Christmas. When I emailed them on Christmas Day to inform them that we did not receive by Christmas, I got an automated reply stating they were swamped and they were 1-2 weeks behind. I will revise my review of the quality of the product when I receive it.

Order took a while to process but I did order it before a movie release and during the holidays. So that being said the shipping was fast. Product was amazing and a great addition to the collection!

I ordered 2 sabers, it was my first time ordering... and they are just amazing! My 8 year old and I duel together and we both love them. The quality of the heavy blades are terrific! Do not hesitate, just grab one and ENJOY
This was my first custom saver that I purchased, and the interaction between Ultrasabers was great. They contacted me letting me know some of the parts I picked wouldn't be in available for a couple months, and gave me the option to change my order or wait. Those parts weren't a big deal so I opted to get my order earlier, but I feel like many other companies would not have reached out to give me the option. That alone is enough for me to consider buying again, but the quality was great too, so I will definitely consider repeat business. A++
My mystery box was a very nice green saber with light sound! Can't believe my luck. Great quality and reasonable shipping time. I recommend Ultra Sabers 110%!
I absolutely loved the finished product! My one issue I've had is it was knocked on the floor and the AAA battery pack cracked in half and is now taped together with electrical tape. Other than that it is amazing and way brighter than I expected!
