I tried to cancel the order but it didn't cancel on time and once I received it I was so happy I didn't care about returning it. So I placed a second order and it's yet to ship and it's been over 2 weeks. Now I'm getting frustrated.
The delivery was fast, I ordered 2 of the 75$ random boxes. One saber was great, the other ones light bulb was loose inside of the hilt. It still works fine, just makes noise when I shake it. Overall very pleased with the product.

My battery pack won't come out of my saber and it's chipped in corners so I'm not very happy with that.
Ordered close to Christmas, but the item turned out to be out of stock. Ultrasabers sent me an email and gave me other options to make sure my saber was here for Christmas

I ordered an item one month before Christmas and it did not ship until after Christmas I sent two emails with no response from customer service all I received was an email saying they were too busy to respond I will never order again from this company. My second item I ordered on December 9 end it is January 3 and it still hasn't shipped with no explanation. Meanwhile ultra sabers is advertising Guaranteed shipping before Christmas! Not true!

This is my 4th saber from and the products are great and typically any questions i have sent have been answered in a professional and satisfactory way. This time i was a little disappointed becuase i ordered a saber on Dec 6th during a sales event which was great savings but come a few days before Christmas and i still had no word of order and i emailed about the order and was told if i spent 35 dollars more for shipping it would be here by Christmas which it was just felt kind of like a bait scam on the savings that was offered to order the saber you had to turn around and spend it on shipping. Would have been nice if during the sale they told you there was no way it would be here by Christmas. As soon as i sent more money i had email stating it was on the way so obviously prior there was no intention of getting my order out to me by Christmas
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
