The only problem is, that 2 of the claws of the crimson dominicide are loose and falling off, as well as that I do not get an appropriate response from ultrasabers about how to fix this.
The lightsaber on its own is as I'd thought I'd get it, except for the fact mentioned above.
I got the shipment exactly on Christmas Eve, so I'm ok with it, but the delivery time was about 3-4 weeks, but that's to expect at Christmas.
I ordered a mystery box for my husband for his birthday and he LOVED IT! Great quality. Heavy duty looks fantastic, very bright he got a green one.

Just processing time took a while
I received my saber in good time. Ordered a blue/green light and within a day the light turned to green and just stayed there.
Otherwise, good delivery time. Grab bag contents were satisfactory. Blade is resilient.
I haven't received my order yet, as it hasn't been shipped yet. It has been processing since 12/10/2019. I wanted to get a saber for when Rise of Skywalker came out. I understand there would have been a high volume of orders, just wanted to know how much longer it will be processing
Reasonable prices, well designed website, easy to use 'build your own' interface, and you offer yellow sabers!
Follow up - I placed my orders Dec 10th and 11th, before both Christmas and the premiere of Rise of Skywalker. Working retail, I understand fully the pressure Ultra Sabers were under as a result of that alignment. I paid for 2nd day shipping, and included notes on my orders that I was trying to get the sabers before the 20th for the premiere and not the 25th for Christmas, and got my sabers the 18th and 19th respectively. Exactly as ordered. I am 110% satisfied and would absolutely do business with them again.

Delivery was a little late between the holidays and the new movie coming out but they were very helpful when I asked about it. Also they went out of their way to fill a request for me that they really didn't have to. Would definitely order again.
The website is easy to navigate and customizing an order shows how much you'll be paying at all times (before shipping, taxes, coupons, etc), so you never feel in the dark. My saber only took a week to get here with the expected time being 8-10 days.

Website is functional, informative, and generally geeky cool. It might be nice to have a way to edit items on the wishlist; now in order to change the specs you must remove the item from the list first or you will not be allowed to add the revised item to the list 'item already on list'.
Item is a beautifully machined device that really looks like an advanced device might. It is not entirely intuitive to use and program, some form of instructions/product manual would be desirable - especially to get started. With the heavy blade, the sabre is meant to be somewhat duller than with the mid-grade but this thing is very bright!
I placed an order on December 2 that had a 2 week lead time. I fully expected to receive it in time for Christmas. The website was not specific that they would only be shipping out orders that had express shipping on them. I was expecting the saber in time for Christmas, but my order didn't ship until 12/30. I'm sure that there was an influx of orders because of the new Star Wars movie, but orders should be filled as received. Also, I contacted customer service three times (two emails and one phone message) before receiving any response. My son loves his saber and the quality is outstanding, but the lead time and lack of response from customer service was disappointing.
I ordered a mystery box (great value!) 3 weeks before Christmas (note the web site said shipping was going to be before Christmas still). I did not get it before Christmas, ultra good product! High quality will buy again just not with time restrictions.
I contacted CS but they were behind on emails as well never got a response till after I got my product. Oh well it's all good.]
I was happy with this product the hilt design the windows the weight the length but the day I opened it the colour was a white pink colour over the next few days it became more and more redder it first went hot pink then it went red then a dull red so I thought it was a battery issue so I replaced the batteries and it went Light Blue! Since the it has been doing this over and over again it keeps going pink. Is this how it should be because it doesn't seem right to me? Please advise.
Fairly easy to place order but was not delivered as scheduled and had a very disappointed grandson on Christmas morning. I thought they should have done more than a 15% off of items except for the mystery box. Unsure if I'll bother with this company again.
Would have liked to be informed that you only declare 49 dollars as value after charging 200 and then I got stiffed for 19.80 for import duty

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
