I received my saber for Christmas and was really pleased with the saber.
We're so happy with our new ultra sabers! The color changing disks are a great idea and I've settled on yellow for the moment, but it's nice to have the option for multiple other colors.
The web site was easily navigated and options were very strait forward. I was impressed by the amount of information they had about the product.
I ordered on December 11th and I still do not have the product. I have emailed Ryan and Ana numerous times and left a few messages. I still don't have a confirmation that my product has even been shipped. This was a main Christmas gift for my child and it has still not arrived. Please help!
I ordered two UltraSabers on December 11th. It took almost a full months for both of my sabers to be delivered. I reached out through email and the response was reassuring, but still took 4 days to get a response. The phone number that the website has is unfortunately kinda of a joke as I have called multiple times throughout different times of day. I received both of my sabers with one having many problems. The batteries were loose and had fallen out so that was an easy fixed to buy them in the correct spot. However, after that was complete, the saber acted up almost immediately without any combat and started to not function. After 10 minutes of looking at reddit forums, YouTube videos from UltraSabers channel, and the website, I still had no success. I will be sending back that one saber if I can get in contact with the company... 2/5

The three stars for customer service was simply because in the Christmas/rise of skywalker rush, there wasn't enough staff to answer phones or emails.
I was trying to see if a different hilt was in stock or not, and could not reach anyone. Simply a lack of foresight in terms of staffing for the holiday season.
But in regards to what I actually ordered, and the time in which it was delivered I could not be happier.

Extremely easy and streamlined. Was extremely impressed with the packaging and product as a whole. Advertising was extremely accurate. Only real issue i have was that the emitter is a little loose and wobbles when the blade is in bit other than that perfect product and will order from ultrasabers again.

While it worked I loved my purchase but even when I got it there where scratches on the hilt something I could look over but now I can't even use it cause the battery pack and Led is stuck in the hilt so now it's an expensive paper weight.
Easy to order... havent received anything yet so hard to review anything

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
