There was some confusion on my part to how fast the saber would get here. Ordered 12/4 and did not get it until 12/31.
It did take a long time for response back, but they were very busy at Christmas time :)
Excellent product.
There is no way to track your orders progress prior to shipment and communication with customer service is via email only.
Once product is ready to ship, customer service was quick to inform and provide tracking information for shipment.
UltraSabers was overwhelmed with orders for Christmas -- it took 27 days from date of order till order fulfilled and received. They did apologize for delay and provided a nice discount coupon for my next order.
Ultrasabers has an amazing website, customization, and gave me a great saber, I can't stress that enough. However, the order processing time took longer than 2 weeks. I emailed them about it, and they said they will ship out my order within 2 business days and gave me a 20% coupon code for my patience. Amazing website, sabers, and customer service.

I LOVE my Graflex CE with Diamond controller. Ordered it a few weeks before Christmas and it's understandable that they were delayed a little with the holidays and the new movie but they responded to my email within a few days and offered a discount on my next order because the product wasn't shipped in 14 days. Considering it takes months to order from some other sites, I was very pleased with the product! Already looking at my next one!
Buying through amazon was a cool new added feature. Been buying from US for several years; couldn't be happier with the product.
Everything is perfect
I placed an order prior to the holiday specials and did not have a delivery option to receive prior to Christmas so my order was passed over and did not arrive in time for Christmas. It is ridiculous that while my order was in first it was skipped over for other orders.
Beautiful prop, wish there was a mini instruction booklet for how to replace batteries, blade etc

Timely, delivery, quality of saber is Great! This is my second time purchasing from Ultra Saber. I would recommend them. Didn't give 5 stars because I was to have a different color on clash. So I am currently working that issue out with Ultra Saber. Keep you posted on my success.

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
