The lightsaber is everything I could have asked for.
Love the product, customer service was great, but the lead time was a little over 3 weeks. However part of that was due to the holidays and new movie, so it is understandable. I wish there was a better updating system throughout the process instead of it just saying processing until complete. Once shipped it only took two days. The saber arrived in great condition, love it!

Good was disappointed that the christmas special on 15% off did not apply to mysteryboxes, but I am very excited to see my sons reaction to having one of your fantastic light sabers for christmas...

Not a bad experience just took a while to process

I was happy when I initially got my saber, but after only two days the Led went out. I reached out via email and never recieved a message back. I wanted to purchase an led/ sound kit, but seeing as I'm new to the saber community I had no clue what to get and therefore i reached out for better understanding. That was almost a month ago. Still no response. Love my saber, just would love to have sound and a working Led... and no I didn't tamper with the saber other then to pull the battery pack out when I thought maybe it was just the batteries.
I am very pleased, and I pleased at the same time, the craftsmanship of these sabers are uncanny and nothing like I've ever held before l. I want to order more but they got my saber color wrong, I ordered the violet amethyst color and for some reason u ended up w a cyan type blade. Other than that I am pleased with the quality. I tried emailing them to see what they can help me out with but no reply..
Understandably it was the holiday season and the release of the Star Wars movie was adding to the amount of orders you had, but when I tried to call I could only get a recording, no emails were being answered quickly so I truly thought I had been scammed. Maybe next holiday season you should hire a few extra people to just work your customer service desk. Also I ordered the product in early December (the 7th to be exact) which I though would be plenty of time to get in for Christmas but it still came after.

I Understand it was Christmas time, but communication could have been much better.
It was good service.
Delivery time was perfect however you soon realise that compared to other companies ultrasabers are far behind in the current technology. The soundboard is just isn't up to date with competitors.
One the the sabers I ordered cane damaged. The blade is very loose and falls out. The set screw that is supposed to tighten the blade doesn't work either because the threads on the hilt are stripped. I'd like a new one please. No one has replied to my email concerning this issue. I'm very unhappy considering the money I spent on it. If this doesn't get taken care of in a timely fashion I'd like to return it and get my money back.

My saber stopped working, and it was an issue that couldn't be resolved over email. I sent it in, and the issue was fixed quickly, and I got my saber back in good time, considering the holiday season.
I loved my Ultrasaber when I first got it. However after a couple of days it did break on me. I'm concerned about future orders I make as I love the product but this is a problem that I can't deal with.
When your item ships it arrives pretty quickly, but the processing of an order could take up to a week. I wish that was a little faster, but I have no complaints of the products because they are high quality!

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
