Was told that my saber lead time was 2 weeks. It's been almost a month and I haven't received my Saber. Sent 3 emails and only 1 was replied to. I was told ultra Sabers had a quick turnaround time.
Quality of the product is great, although response times on email was abysmal. I emailed in on December 19th and didn't hear anything back till December 30th. My Roommate ordered a saber the same day (12/16/19) I did and still hasn't received notification that his has shipped, finished production, or anything.
It's good overall, only thing is I'm missing a power adapter for the xtar charger and a mini usb cable to connect the board to my computer
Ordered on the 15th. Received on the 23rd of December. Wrapped as gifts. Turned on sabers on Christmas after unwrapping. Had issues with one of the sabers. Emailed that day. Waited a week, no response, so I called. Straight to voicemail where I was repeatedly told to email instead. Left a voice mail with my order number and description of the issue and asked them to get back in touch with me. Waited a few days, no response. Sent another email, attaching the first and redescribed my problem. It's January 9 now. No response yet. Sending the next email tomorrow.
The other sabers we thought we had an issue with, but turned out we needed a better charging station for the batteries. After that, they worked beautifully. Brother and Father enjoyed their gifts.
Shipping time was a little long, about 4 weeks. Wish it would have came with a battery charger
Ordered 3 mystery boxes and was blessed to receive an upgraded saber that needed a recharging cable and a USB cable. I ordered them, and after a few days they shipped and then they arrived relatively quickly thereafter.

The quality and shipping was super fast. However, processing took around 2 weeks and I tried to contact customer support twice with no response.

When my saber came it was exactly what I thought, pretty good quality and good for light dueling. However, my cousins' saber ended up breaking very easily when trying to replace the batteries. The wiring itself is fragile (but understandably so) and the stock batteries don't last long at all if you turn it on a good amount. Overall, great in the moment, but honestly scared for what's to come.
Everything smooth, I would just appreciate the possibility to modify the order when adding an item to a saber instead of redoing it from scratch.
Building light-saber for a birthday. They sent the wrong part, still waiting for reply by phone or email. Will order part from other company, my gift will be delayed.
I purchased a saber from here for my fiance's Christmas present. He was beyond pleased with the results. The hilt is very solid and beautifully made, sound effects are on point, and the color is very bright. My only concern that knocked a star off of this review is the sturdiness of the blade. After looking at videos on these sabers I thought there was going to be two screws to stabilize and secure the blade in the hilt. When he removed the saber from the box the blade was very loose. We assumed it was just due to the box being knocked around from delivery. There was only screw to secure the blade to the hilt and there was a lot of movement from the blade when he used the saber. If there were more than one screw to secure it I think it would make the product perfect, otherwise you're constantly worried that the blade is going to come out.

Slow shipping for just two batteries

My order got delayed due to the holiday and star wars impacting their order times. I was able to contact support, who did eventually respond back. They were able to make sure my order was shipped within a few business days. The only other issue I have is with who they choose to ship through, FedEx. Unfortunately each time I order, they ALWAYS get my delivery date wrong. They'll say Tuesday, and it will be Wednesday or Thursday, with absolutely no reason as to why. The product itself has always been top notch without any issues though.
Ordered my first saber with these guys and they did not disappoint! The color of blade is amazing and the sound quality is absolutely incredible, made me feel like a Jedi just holding it. Will be ordering another very soon as there are so many amazing hilts to choose from. Fast shipping and high quality, would recommend to anyone who wants a top quality saber.
I have wanted to purchase a saber for some time and decided to order a $75 mystery box. Not only was I excited whole opening it but once I got the blade in and turned it on I was more than happy, I definitely plan on ordering more products from ultrasabers!
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
