Good product overall. The hilt had gummy stickiness on it that took some mild elbow grease to remove and there was a small nick in it as well. I like props to have a little patina but this one was a gift so it was somewhat disappointing. It seems that the company may be small so these issues are forgiveable but I hope that more attention can be paid to the cleanliness of the product before shipping. All that said, I like what you guys produce and would recommend this product to all my Star Wars fan friends.
It was fun building a lightsaber for me and my partner, she is a massive Star Wars nerd so this is a dream come true for her. Haven't received the Sabers yet but looking forward to it!

Can not review it because it never arrived. It this a scam? We ordered the product in early December and it has not arrived. So much for a Christmas Gift - it wont likely even be a Valentines Gift.

Waited a month for my item, even though the projected time was 2 weeks. I ordered at a bad time and they were really backed up, but a warning would have been nice. Really bummed I did not have it by Christmas, even though I'm pretty sure I purchased it from discount relating to Christmas.Customer service was helpfull, but late at getting to my issue becuse of high volume of orders. They offered me a discount for the shop as compensation, it was the same discount I used to purchase the product.

The box arrived pre-opened, it was cut at the bottom and I did not receive any of the extras I ordered for it as well. No stand. No Blade plug. And the light flickers off constantly.
I have ordered my Ultrasabers on December 19th and I still haven't recived it and it still says processing someone please help.

I was happy with the product that I had received but somewhat displeased with the lack of response from ultrasabers. Understandable due to the business of the holiday. I had emailed twice and never received any email back. I also would prefer that when I attempt to call the number the number provided it doesn't just tell me to go to the email. I like being able to talk to people.
Product came fast just in time for Christmas
I bought a saber and chose 2 day shipping. Well they didn't ship it for 5 days but when it did ship I got it in 2 days. I also ordered another saber on dec 22 and it is Jan 9 and I still have not received my order. It's been about 3 weeks and it still says my order is processing. That kind of makes me frustrated. The saber itself is of high quality and is super bright. I'm still waiting for my STUNT saber to ship.
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
