My estimated shipping time did extend and took four weeks. I contacted multiple times and received an email back the first time only. However, the product is high quality and I am happy with the mystery saber. Hopefully Christmas was just the problem and next order the shipping will be easier.

I bought me a lightsaber and customized it to my liking. I paid a little over 200 for my saber but it was 100% worth it. The saber is very durable, I use my saber to duel and train, making it perfect so I don't need to worry about it breaking on a hard hit. My saber was very well built, has great sound. The only downside with ultra sabers is the way their color violet amythest pops. I feel that color is to bright for purple and should be darkened a little
My son ordered the mystery box and is overwhelmed with how awesome and "realistic" it is. The sound and glowing is incredible. He is the envy of his friends. Thanks Ultra Sabers for fixing us up in a mystery box!

When I ordered this, I was expecting to have it processed within 1-2 weeks of me putting it in like they normally do a good job of, but I was proven wrong. It took almost 3 weeks just to process the order and I had to email them twice before I got a response promising the order to be processed within the next 2 days. I received it on the 9th, just 4 days short of a whole month of waiting for my order. They apologized with a coupon code for my next order, but I am just shocked by this experience in general. The saber I got from the grab bag almost broke something when I got it. I was practicing my orbitals and the blade came flying out of the hilt almost cracking my window. Overall not very happy with this experience and not happy with the saber I got.

I have waited over a month for my order to begin its shipping phase, but more than a month after I place my order it is still processing. For all I know, it probably hasn't even begun being made. My order was over $250.
I need to speak with someone about getting the saber fixed. It's not charging correctly
Took a tiny bit longer than was supposed to but thats to be expected with holiday traffic and movie season. Loved the customer support I recieved and got my saber promptly once the rush was over. Will definitely order from here again. Looks great!

I love it! The delivery time was a bit slow but understandable considering the holiday season and new releases for the movie and Mandalorian show. But my saber is gorgeous, it's really stable, no issues and I'm beet excited for when my next one gets here!

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
