They look great. Handle well. The obsidian speaker always stresses me out cuz it sounds like the speakers are already blown but it could just be the sound. Havent tried fighting with them yet. But i imagine that will be past my expectations. Great room ambiance right now though.

US needs to hire someone strictly for responding to emails and answering phones if they are hitting a busy time of year such as Christmas. Four emails with no response makes a new customer very nervous. Happy with the product and service once I did finally reach someone. As of Jan 13th, however, they are still behind on responding to customers.

This is the second Mystery Box that I have gotten for myself, and the first with sound guaranteed. I ordered it during their busy season, so I expected a delay, but it wasn't really all that long considering the crazy volume of orders I'm sure they were processing through December. One thing I'd like to note for anyone ordering one of these: Face it, you are probably going to get a basic saber (odds are there that you might get a higher end one, but those odds are low). However, even if you do, you'll be saving at least $30 off the price of one you order directly. If you luck out and get a high-end saber, even better, but don't complain if you end up with an initiate with basic sound...you still saved some money and you've got a really nice saber.
Bought 2 lightsabers for Christmas as gift for my nephew's, the product is amazing will be purchasing more in the future for myself and do recommend it if your a planning to get a lightsaber

I ordered my Sabers during the peak holiday season around the Episode 9 release. Not only did I still get my Sabers super quick, but also customer service was outstanding. The sound sabers are beautiful and perfect for my son and myself. Can't wait to get my next one!
Within just a few days of having/using my saber screws started coming loose and it's because the threading was either, stripping, or stripped. However I believe it's simply because my order (graflex) wasn't exactly made to be used but they call it a combat saber so I feel I shouldn't be having this issue
Ordered on december 25th, which i know is a busy time for them, and i understand this, BUT:
The reason for me giving only 1 star is because contacting these guys seems to be impossible.
In the time between ordering to now i tried sending 2 e-mails to try and change my order just slightly because i made a little fault. As of yet, i still need to get an answer back, which i find pretty disturbing.
Every buisness should be able to AT LEAST respond back to customers in a reasonable time. This is not the case here.
Edit: It's now 21st of Januari, and i STILL have not gained a reply to my first email.
Did send an email, to ask cancel my order and get back a refund.
Edit: 22 of Januari, FINALLY gained a response from ultrasabers, they point me at the fact i automaticly agreed to a 20 precent cancellation fee by accepting terms and conditions on placing my order, i could confirm it, or still go through with the order, i chose the last option since they also offered me a 20 precent discount on my next saber, which somewhat makes me okay with how they treated me. They also ensured that they will ship my order in the next 2 days. At this point i dropped my wish to change my order as well (which they did not respond on at all)
Edit: 30th January now, they basicly lied to me, they did gave me the 20 precent discount, however: my order is STILL not shipped yet as was promised to me. An email asking why the delay is again, not suprisingly, is ignored.
I ordered the $75 mystery box and got exactly what I wanted. Extremely satisfied.

It wasn't there at my house when it was arrived at my house but it wasn't there I want a free one because I don't want to buy another one I want a free one for me because I waited for it to c9me and I wasn't there
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
