One of my sabers have parts that aren't fully on that are wiggle and the shipping took forever and the costumer service took forever but all in all it was a ok experience it might have been better at a less busy time
I do not get replies to my emails unless I get rude in my emails. I don't like having to do that.

I understand that shipping times can be delayed during the Holidays, and I want to commend Ultra Sabers' customer service team on a speedy response, and follow through on getting me my order. I was very happy with the final product and will recommend the site to friends of mine.
Shipping had to be changed to overnight cause they were behind on producing. One saber has screws continually come loose... lost pieces off one saber too... not happy with quality of materials on that one. Others, to include 4 mystery sabers are amazing... I plan to order again

Although I have ordered my saber on the 14th of DEC, it has yet to come in. However, my overall customer service experience was pretty good. Keep in mind everybody that they stated in their FAQ that their current lead time is currently 3-4 weeks, DONT WORRY GUYS, we'll get our sabers.
The Apprentice one saber is great. I love the way the handle feels and how sturdy and light it is. The orange blade is great too. I am happy to say that this will be used for some awesome cosplays.

It did take a while to receive my product but that was understandable due to the circumstances. I really appreciate you guys reaching out to me though and sending it to me so quickly once you had a chance to.

I ordered my two sabers, Initiate V5 and Raven, a few weeks ago and they just arrived this morning. Needless to say I'm overjoyed with the quality.
Normally ultrasabers has an incredibly speedy processing time, usually within a week, but the holiday season can increase that quite substantially. In my case it took a few weeks extra before I was given an email response apologizing for the delay.
My experience with ultrasabers remains that they are one of the best companies to get a combat ready lightsaber from. Very few, if any, companies can compare to the speedy work time, cost, and quality of these wonderful pieces.

I placed my order December 8th, and didn't receive my order till January 8 even tho the website said it would be delivered in time for Christmas. I got an automated email when asking for any information on my order saying they need 1-2 weeks to process the order. It did not ship till January 1st. I must confess though I did order right before Christmas and before the release of a new Star Wars movie. So that's on me. Light sabers are phenomenal quality though. I recommend UltraSabers, but do think they need to become better with communicating with their customer base.
I thought the shipping time was too long but I also understand it was during the holidays.
Did not receive my order placed on December 18th/19th for a mystery box. The website says it's still processing
Very Smooth and Quick
The saber i got is great and has beautiful LED and flash and pulse which makes the saber come to life. Only huge negative was the customer service was awful I understand it's the holidays but taking two weeks to respond to an e-mail is crazy and I got my product after almost a month. So the product itself was great but the customer service had me panicking at times. Overall great product though!
Ordered one and it came damaged. Have yet to receive a response from Emory Harris who I assume is the guy who makes them. Finally sent it back and have yet to see a credit. FYI when I shipped back UPS told me its a residential address. Wish I lived in Texas. I'd just go to his house and demand my refund. Think the guy got swamped with orders after the movie came out and couldn't fulfill them. Sorry that other people got scammed from him too.
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
