For my first saber the mystery box did not disappoint and let me get my foot into the door and see just how nice these are in hand. I got the Dark Sentinal LE V4 with window emitters and love it. Will be buying again once I decide which hot I want to choose and customize.

Well worth what I paid for. I spent less than $300 and got over $600, if I had bought what I received from my mystery boxes. Also bought 3 Saber stands.

I love my Fallen Order Lightsaber! It's my first ever high quality Lightsaber and I went with the Azure Blue hilt with a Sun Rider's Destiny color blade. Initially, I ordered it as a Stunt Saber with no sound by mistake and planned to send it back to have sound added, but after receiving it, I actually like it without the sound. I have more Sabers on the way with sound, so I won't be missing out, and have a cool Stunt Saber to display.
I placed an order on the 19th of December. I still have not received my order. I have emailed the company repeatedly. Initially they responded, but now they aren't even responding to my emails request to know how much longer it will take. I am very disappointed in their lack of customer service

The delivery took a while longer than expected due to the influx of orders over Christmas, but was substantially made up for. Product is great!

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
