It would be nice to have more updates on the order. I realize it says that the order could take 4 weeks to process, but 2 weeks after my order I still had heard nothing. I was starting to wonder if I was going to get ripped off. I tried calling and there was only a recording. I left a message and never heard back. I sent an email but didn't get a response for a few days. It was very stressful. The person that responded to my email was very helpful and kind and we were able to get the shipping upgraded so the item arrived on time. The frustrating thing is in the order confirmation email it specifically said that ultrasabers has a quick turn around time and fast shipping so if there needed to be a change to the order to contact the company quickly. This made it sound like it would ship very promptly, which was definitely not the case. I understand it was a busy time of year, but it was frustrating when you can't get in touch with anyone and you are waiting for over 2 weeks and hear nothing about your order. Once it finally came, the lightsaber did not disappoint. My son LOVES IT, and now my daughter wants one too.

The v4 staff I ordered was fantastic. No complaints there. But the mantis has a few issues. The coupling between the body of the saber and the emitter has sharp edges, that has cut my hands multiple times. The tri-led wiring was smashed during assembly due to the light fixture not being in a fixed position. When I unscrewed the LEDs out of the housing the adhesive between the board and threaded section has lost its adhesion. I have had this saber less than a week and I've had nothing but problems with it. Looks wise, it's fantastic but the internals I think could be done better

I had to wait a month to get my order but apparently it was suppose to ship out 2 weeks after I placed the order but thankfully Ultrasabers did get back to me and made sure my order was shipped and gave me a coupon but when I received the saber the bulb in the hilt was stuck right where my blade holder is suppose to go so i had to use my tools to unlodge it out of place, I had to force/hammer the blade holder into the hilt because it wouldnt easily fit and the material in the blade itself was sticking out 2 or 3inches (when I took it out of the box the blade holder was on the blade hiding the mistake) and obviously the blade wont fit unless the rest of the material sticking out is shoved back into the blade but it was also stuck and i had to forcibly pull it out reroll it and attempt to put the material back in the blade so now my blade has clouded spots and wrinkles. Once I had done all that the Lightsaber handled great, sounded great, and looked amazing aside from machining scratches, but the thing is I shouldnt have to do all that work, and If i didnt have a background in metal fabrication or tooling I wouldnt have any idea how to "fix" the saber.
