Nothing I could fault with the delivery even though it had to come to Australia
Like others have stated we overestimate several weeks before Christmas and didn't received until after the beginning of the year. My kids a teenager so I'm ok with that. What I'm not OK with is the fact that when the saber arrived it will NOT turn on and we have had no response from the company! Worst Christmas present ever.
Ultra Sabers did an amazing job with my saber! I ordered it on December 23rd and got the next day shipping. Being the holidays, I wasn't really expecting it to be next day, but my order arrived the next day, so I think they use reliable shipping. In my order I added the holiday deal free blade plug for orders over $200. When my order arrived, the blade plug was not included. Which is totally understandable, as I ordered a custom saber to be delivered the next day during the holidays. Fortunately, Ultra Sabers takes a picture of everything being shipped with your order before packaging it up. They confirmed that the blade plug had not been included, so I simply requested a free blade plug with my next order(because I'll certainly be ordering again). BUT Ultra Sabers customer service is so great, they went ahead and sent the blade plug to me. I can't recommend Ultra Sabers enough, they're wonderful!
This is the 2nd saber we got in a mystery box and got sound super cool and exciting. I ordered on Dec 21 so I know you guys were super busy so shipping was behind received it on Jan 15 but it was so worth the wait. You guys do a great job
I got the sabers like 3 weeks after i ordered and an essential part was too small
I sent an email the day after placing the order and requested a shorter blade Wich I had thought I had already when placing the order but must have been mistaken so I sent numerous emails and even called several times and never received a response and when my order arrived I had the longer blade Wich I didn't want so if there is anyway to fix this oversight I would appreciate it
With my first product of Ultra Sabers that I bought 2 mystery boxes and one of the saber came with a miss print and I can't lock the blade in because there is something missing in one of the sabers.
I loved the customization and hype of videos, and the holiday season hit y'all hard. I didn't complain because I knew what was happening, but it did take a while before anyone got back to me. That being said, I love it. I'm already planning for another. My friends want one. It's amazing, and I can't wait to order again.
You should add an estimated day of arrival
Pretty sure my order was pushed back until I requested overnight shipping before Christmas Eve. Had to spend an extra $60.
Took a little longer than expected to get it but it looks great and the quality is amazing.
Delivery was a bit slow.

My first purchase of sabers ever, I think the only drawback I have with you guys is pls atleast include the FOC on the basic light and sound setup option. Other than that superb quality product.

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
