I ordered from you guys on the 13th of December I paid for express shipping and I emailed you guys several times and didn't get an email back for almost a month didn't receive my product for over a month and I spent extra money on express shipping for nothing very upset with you guys right now and you didn't even give me a tightening wrench for the lightsaber that I paid for you guys messed up a lot this time
Sound not as loud as expected
The saber looks and performs great. I would have liked to have an owner's manual but that is the only complaint over the whole experience. I love my saber.

I love it but the metal piece above the button came off but it feels good to wheeled there's a few scratches where the metal piece came off
Although tracking was not available (per the shipping I selected), the item was shipped quickly considering the holiday season. It arrived in perfect condition!

Wait time was long due to holidays and new movie coming out. I recommend not buying at that time unless you're willing to wait around a month or longer just to get your order processed. One saber came a little scuffed, probably going to contact them about that. Other than that they feel extremely sturdy. They have a nice weight to them as well.
Great product for the price
I have been trying to reach Ultra sabers for a month now and haven't gotten a reply back. I didn't have my saber for more than a week before it stopped working. The wires and battery compartment are completely shot. This is unacceptable customer service and a bad product. I will not be buying from here again. I am apart of the 501st legion and have brought this up to the group. We will no longer be buying from your company as it seems I was not the only one to have the same issue with the sabers, let alone the customer service. I reccomend you get better management, better ways to deal with customers and customer service, and get better products. Having this big of a business and bad product accompanied with bad customer service is unacceptable.
Very nice and easy
I ordered two lightsabers and selected two day shipping ~ yet it was six days after the day it was placed in the mail for delivery! I want my shipping to be refunded, since it was longer than the two days I paid for!
Never heard back about software issue not being able to be installed on Mac.
Ultrasabers crafts quality sabers for blade to blade contact and look amazing! Their Mystery Box ($75 plus any add-ons like blade length, type, and things like a display stand. This guarantees a saber that they sell worth at least $75 base retail price, with a minor cosmetic defect. That being said, the true value of what I received was astounding. The hilt alone retails on their site for $154 and if you add sound, it is in the $250+ range! I'll take the cosmetic defect!) Lead times can vary, which I totally understand based on their business model, but my only gripe is once it is made and shipped out, I paid $37 for FedEx 2-Day shipping and received it in the same amount of days as a past custom order where I chose the free shipping option. That's probably more on FedEx than Ultrasabers though so take this part of the review with a grain of salt. Overall, a very happy customer! I will most definitely recommend and use them again for my Star Wars obsession :]
Got two sabers, both times they came within literally 5 days all the way to Australia. From one time of order to receiving was no more than 5 business days!
It only took four days to get to my house in Massachusetts after the shipping was confirmed!
The sabers are amazing quality and got to me in only 2 days, and not a bad price either. Definitely the best sabers and shipping ive5seen on the market. The reason it isnt 5 stars though is that the threading that was supposed to attach my sabers together didn't ship, but they're still amazing dual wielded.
