It took a month for my order to come in. I could have driven and picked it up faster
Overall it was a great experience. Considering that I ordered at Christmas time right after a Star Wars movie came out, the long shipping time was expected. Although, I ordered a Mystery Box and I think I got a Grab Bag. It doesn't really matter though because what I got was what I would expect from a Mystery Box. I have just seen enough YouTube videos to know that the Grab Bags come with the blade attached and the Mystery Boxed are detached and the hilt is wrapped in paper. I'm not complaining though, what I got is great.
A lot of people saying that their customer service is terrible. But personally I've never had an issue with them at all. Especially around this time of year where christmas and the new movie messed up their schedule a lot, have patience people, it will arrive eventually
I've ordered two mystery sabers so far and love the first one. I haven't opened the second yet, since I'm giving it as a gift, but the only downside was that I didn't get a colored blade, only the 'silver' white led. I made some color inserts for it at home and they make up for the lack of color otherwise. Great stunt weight and excellent build quality.

I've thought about getting one for years but never did out of fear of disappointment. Did a random box and loved what I got. The night it got here we ordered two more.
Loved my saber, only issue was a delay in the shipping but I was contacted and given a discount code for the inconvenience. Will definitely be ordering another saber in the future!
Placed an order for my son who wanted a lightsaber with some Christmas money and savings he had. Tried to be patient and sent an inquiry two weeks after ordering and got an automated response asking me to be patient. I have, but that only goes so far.
Yesterday I received another automated email asking for my feedback. I reached out again with no response and I have still not heard back from them in regards to my order: It's said "processing" when I log on to their website since the moment I placed my order. So this is my feedback... if they wanted something more positive, they should fill orders before spamming my inbox.

After long considering I ordered a Renegade Ultrasaber during Black Friday in November. When I finally received it it was unfortunately defect, and now I get no response at all from the customer service. Not buying from Ultrasabers again.

Purchased the $75 mystery box and am thrilled with the saber I received. Amazing quality and it was a fun surprise to see the blade color/hilt combo.
Over Christmas I had ordered a lightsaber from ultrasabers. I have been waiting patiently as I understand that they are busy. It has been 3 weeks and I still haven't heard anything from them. They haven't replied to my emails nor have they answered my calls. I will most likely not buy from them again and would like my money back
Will gladly continue supporting UltraSabers. I got my first saber from them in 2013 and they have continued to grow and improve their products and practices. I'm a customer for life.

This is my first time ordering from Ultrasabers, my order was the mystery box and the first saber I ever get, is one with sound and green with a windows emitter. I cannot stress how happy I am with the end product. I'm surely going to be purchasing more in the future.
