Despite the fact that my order took a little while to arrive, Ultrasabers is a great website with good customer service, and they develop the best custom sabers out there. Definitely recommended for Star Wars fans and those who are looking into building their own custom lightsaber.

It took a little longer than expected but I understand because of the flood of people wanting to buy them after the new movie came out.

As a first time buyer I am very happy with the product I received and plans on purchasing more in the future

My overall experience with Ultrasabers was amazing! Ultrasabers Jake was extremely helpful when answering my questions. I did goofed(completely missed read the product description) when ordering but it hasn't stopped me from ordering again.

The sabres themselves are exactly as you'd expect them to be; functional and damn cool. However, it did take almost a month to arrive, though I did buy at prime time (boxing day). I haven't any experience with other sabre companies but the sabre itself is very good quality and I would recommend to someone looking to start sabering.

My order arrived quickly even with the holiday season and the new show and movie. Sabers were of excellent quality.

First time purchasing, minus me forgetting the movie just came out and a holiday so shipping time was more than I'd have liked for a non custom saber it was great.

I'm really looking forward to putting my new lightsaber to use. My friends all recommended ultrasabers and so far I have not been disappointed. Keep up the good work!

It has been a month since I ordered and I still have not received my order. There isn't even a way to track your order online. My son keeps asking everyday where it is and is so disappointed that it's still not here.

One was missing a retention screw, but I'm sure I can get them from the local hardware store.

I love the fact that you could literally choose anything to customize your saber thank you a lot, it may have taken awhile to process but it's ok because the savers are worth it.

Light Saber was weeks late even though it was supposed be received by Christmas. When it arrived it looked great but sound was glitching. Recharging batteries was difficult and when put back together after charging, sound was barely audible. Contacted ultra sabers multiple times and still no response!

Good quality lightsabers

Organized well and easy to navigate. However I somehow missed a part when constructing my lightsaber and I'm missing the actual button for the saber. I'm not sure how I missed this, so I'm disappointed. Other than that, it's absolutely beautiful and looks lovely.

Awful customer service. They never answer their phone, their email is an automated message that provides no clarity. I got no confirmation email and the one email that I did get was so confusing that I wasn't sure whether or not my order was being shipped, arrived, or was cancelled. Don't buy from this company go somewhere else. Still haven't received my order by the way it's been over a month.

I am really happy with the level of customer service that I recieved from Ultrasabers.com. I was a little bit sceptical at first because it was taking a long time to process my order, but when I contacted them about my concern they responded very quickly with a very reasonable answer. I am a very pleased customer.
