Very easy to order. Love the look of the site. Received the sabers about 4 weeks after ordering. Both were pure silver but different.
I guess I was expecting more from the mystery box. Instead I got what I paid for, but I was not allowed to use a coupon discount offered at the time not applicable to mystery box, and I didn't get to chose the color of the blade, nor my hilt.
So I guess it is a gamble, but overall I don't think I would buy another mystery box.
While I enjoyed the saber I recieved, it took me emailing twice to see if my order was recieved and if it had shipped. I understood that there was a mad rush after the new movie came out for new sabers, however I did not order anything fancy and it still took 4 weeks to get. That included me emailing 3 days before the fourth week began as my order still said processing. Only after speaking with someone was my saber processed. I will order again from them, I was just disappointed that it took so long with no updates and no follow through on the order. I am also not giving them a 1 star review because while I wasn't thrilled with how it went, I am sure they did all they could to work it out and they were very friendly both times I contacted them! I would still recommend buying from them and I cant stress that enough.

I originally purchased this light Saber in 2016, and was very happy with the way it turned out. Since then I have ordered two more light Sabers with more advanced options.
A few months ago, I started to have problems with the sound card. I returned it to Ultrasabers for repair, but I decided to upgrade the emerald driver instead.
I'm very happy with the upgrade.
Did the mystery grab bag and got one with sound. It's lit. One of coolest things I own.
Took a month almost to get here, but I love it
The site was fun and easy to use except the payment method. I kept trying to add payment in my profile but it just kept telling me there was no saved payment...so how do we save a payment method?
I eventually just used my PayPal but was hoping to just use my card.
That was my only issue. I can't wait to get a hold of my first lightsaber. Thanks guys!
I've heard a lot of good things about Ultrasabers. I'm very excited to receive my first one. The mystery box option is very interesting and fun! I have a feeling this wont be my last.
UPDATE UPON RECIEVING MY SABER.
I was a little disappointed with how long it took to get my saber for what it is (stunt saber). Which I knew going in that that was most likely what I would receive so I'm not upset about the saber itself at all. The craftsmanship is excellent, the color is real cool (orange) but I feel that shipping and communication could be greatly improved upon. I will try the mystery box again in the future, because it is fun/exciting not knowing what you could get. Overall I'm satisfied and cant wait till I can get an upper tier saber with all the effects.
This is the 2nd saber i have ordered and will continue to do so! Thx yall!

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
