Great delivery time once despatched, happy with the product
So when I bought it I wanted it to change colors so I got the disks, I was hoping for it be nice but the colors were $#*!ty as $#*!, but I do like the white. It's got a cool look but I would much rather have one that changes colors so I would not recommend the color disks but instead get the emerald drive.
I bought the Prophecyv3 and I am super happy with it! I should've bought sound with it however. Of course it was just a little pricey and it would've cut a hole in my bank but I think it would've made it 100x better! I will definitely be buying another saber soon this February! Only thing I'd say was a bummer was the wait time and the communication. It was December and they were busy, but overall it got here at a good time and I love it so much! Thank you Ultrasabers!

Products are a little dinged up from travel, but not anything serious. The time it took to process was long but once the ball got rolling it only took 3 days to travel my product 30+ hours. Overall I will be purchasing more products, but with less of a buyers expectancy. Good job to everyone who works at this company, and thank you for the gorgeous sabers.

Overall ones product arrived Fast delivery considering I ordered just after Christmas so happy with delivery time ordered a mystery box expecting to unwrap the two Hilts wrapped in the brown paper that everyone look forward to getting just got to Sabres with blades in kind of took the surprise out of everything

I got a mystery box and usually it comes in brown paper with the blade and blade cap next to it in packaging but mine came out together and it did not have a blade cap which is annoying for when my blade is not in the hilt. :/

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
