I ordered with a 2 week wait time which was moved to 3 weeks, it literally took months to get a response to the email with my first order and have yet to get replies to my most recent one, the products however are amazing so no complaints there, i live in the north part of houston so it wouldve been much better to just come by your warehouse and pick it up
Ordered my first 2 75$ mystery box sabers on december 27th and received on January 23rd. My mystery saber hills were not in the typical brown paper wrapping but came with blade assembled, I believe this due to Ultrasabers doing everything they can to get out the huge amount of orders they got in.
Being my first order from them I was very pleased with the overall quality of the sabers I received. My order was complete. And I do intend on ordering from them again in the future.
Very easy to select options on my mystery box saber. Received a Stunt Dark Standard Issue Battle Saber with a Fire Orange blade. Very cool! Looking forward to getting my next saber soon.
Really solid! I got the mystery box, and though the wait was long, I'm overall pleased with the buy.
I got a pretty basic model for my Mystery Box saber (no sound, simple hilt) but I knew it was a lottery so I don't feel cheated. Besides, the hilt has a great, solid feel to it with a surprisingly bright light and I feel like it's an ideal introduction to the world of custom sabers. The delivery was quick too, once the saber had been processed.

I purchase these sabers mainly for heavy sparring, and I have to say the results are more than satisfactory. Can't wait to upgrade to sabers with sound!

I bought a total of 6 MisteryBox each one with the BladePlug but i recived only 1 BladePlug.
I send you 2 email without any respond from you. I don't pretend that you send to me the plugs, but at least a refound for the amount of money of 5 BladePlug's.

Mystery saber and it was one of many that I actually wanted. It has a very nice weight to it, made of a heavy metal alloy. The blue saber shines so bright in the dark! For 75$ it's really hard to beat.
Lightsaber is awesome! Definitely buying another one soon. Customer service is great as well.

I am very pleased with my saber. The blade is well crafted, the Led light is bright and the sounds are awesome. It feels so so good in my hand. My contact with customer services was positive. I could not recommend these guys more.

The overall experience was ok, I ordered two lightsaber blades and didn't hear anything from the company for over a week, not even a receipt, so I wasn't sure if the order had gone through or not. I realize it was during the Christmas rush, but I would have still appreciated an automated email letting me know the order was received. Thank you!

The quality of the saber is amazing, it's a great blade.
My experience was not that great. I ordered my lightsaber December 14 hoping that was enough time to get it before Christmas. I finally received it a month later. I know Christmas is a tough time when it comes to get orders shipped on time. That being said let me share my experience. First after a few weeks I sent a email and got a automated response saying they was behind on orders. Another week or so I sent another email asking for a person to respond to the email. With in 24 hours they got back to me and apologized for the delay. They gave me a 20% off discount code that I will not use because I'm not ordering from them again. Not because the item was late but because there shipping cost is just way to high. Other sites like ultra sabers can ship for about half what they charge. It cost me $21+ for shipping. I ordered a saber from someone else that was a lot farther away and the shipped it for less than $10 and I got my item in 3 days. Now ultra sabers did upgrade my saber free of charge but only after I was told my saber I ordered was out of stock. The lightsaber I ordered was the dark initiate v2 they upgrade to the v3. It was a Christmas gift for my son and yes he loves it. One more thing I'd like to say is as I was waiting for that saber I decided to build one out of sink parts, pvc pipe and some old flash light parts. I Ordered a single deep red cree led a thin wall clear blade from the custom saber shop that I received in 3 days. The build turned out great and the saber is just as bright as ultra sabers. I used a ******* rechargeable battery for the power. I'm sure thing would have be different if it wasn't for the holidays but that is something every company must be prepared for. But like I said the shipped is to much.
I got the mystery box being that this is my first buy. Which the price was great. I love my saber. The hilt is heavy duty and has a nice weight to it and the color of the saber is very bright which i love. I will definitely be getting me a custom saber.
