Product was received damaged on January 6th. I tried sending it back for repair, but I have contacted Ultrasabers email so many times to the point I have given up after receiving no word back. I submitted a transaction dispute with my credit card company. I am stuck with a broken product I paid hundreds of dollars for, and the company does not respect my business enough to offer me a response.
Delivery was several weeks late
Ordered 2. Recieved one so far. Shipping took a month because they were backed up from xmas. Asked to combine shipping for the 2 but never got a response and i dont think they did. The lightsaber itsself is good quality although the blade came a bit scuffed near the hilt.
I love the sabers. Can't wait for my next one to come in.

Yes I understand that they were swarmed with orders but when ultrasabers after a month finally got back to me they were very nice with handling my order, understanding and recognizing they could not fufill the 2 week time they originally set out, as well as accepting my last minute hilt change request and changing my shipping to 2 day shipping. My feelings go out to those still waiting for their sabers but I think these 2 months have just been a rough time for ultrasabers and their quality hasn't failed to impress me in the end.
It took ages to get this part and finish my saber, and the support did not respond that fast
This was the 3rd order I made with Ultrasabers. All 3 were made during the holiday season. This first order was received about 2 weeks after it was placed, which is faster than most other major lightsaber makers. Products was as described, except some of the parts on one of the two sabers in this order fitted loosely and I had to do considerably more than just tighten it up. Fortunately I could, although a less workshop savvy customer might not have been able to do as I did. After my modifications, the lightsaber was like a dream come true. Regarding the quality of their products, I must say that overall it's quite good. I have emailed the company FOUR times now with questions and requests for changes, etc. because their telephone voice-mail box has always been full when I call and the message promises a quick response to emails if directed to Shipping or Customer Service. Not so. I even emailed a named individual directly whom the customer forums put forward as a reliable problem solver for customer issues but as of this writing have received no reply from her. I finally received a response 22 days after I wrote requesting a change, but they said it was too late, the order was shipped. No kidding. I had to return that first order and will be charged a 20% restock fee. I can't give a 4 star review when customer service is this bad.

They ran out of what I ordered... asked me if I wanted something else, after paying for that extra change, they realised I had already ordered that... and then I emailed them back and forth for a couple days trying to get my order fixed... ordered it before christmas and it came almost 3 weeks later... the person who fixed it was great and how much he tried to get my order shipped was the only good part about my experience here... I will be getting another saber later on... hopefully a better time to get it...
This company is great. For good quality nice looking sabers that are great for dueling or practicing with or even just for displaying, I recommend ultrasabers. I got the Luke replica and it's great. Got a mystery box too and it was a high quality saber! I got lucky!

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
