Super high quality absolutely what I wanted came in about 3 weeks! Was better than I could have expected! (Now everyone I know wants one!)
Made my order Dec 13,2019 - Shipped Jan 16,2020 - Arrived today (Jan 20,2020).
Even though I made my first order with Ultra Sabers amid the hype for The Rise of Skywalker film release/Ultra Saber's "SithMas" Sale/the holiday season, my order arrived safely to me today in Canada. My order was not guaranteed by Xmas and I expected a long wait. I did send an email for an update, and they responded a week later with apologies as they had a "much higher than expected volume of orders this holiday season."
I was very happy to see I received the sound chip with my saber with the mystery box, nice surprise indeed. Plus it being a red blade is even better! Being a Vader cosplayer for years my favorite color blade of course is red. That being said, my only issue is that the battery pack/sound speaker is really jammed in the hilt. I have sent an email and called. I look forward to a response soon.

Overall my experiences was good. The only problem I have is I clicked "Sure!" For the wrench and didn't receive it. Customer Service reply was very quick when I asked about delivery dates and any customer can appreciate that.

We are in the midst of getting a few more sabers (maybe 9 more) after the event but we might change our mind buying from Ultrasaber since no one is responding to us.

I've purchased a mystery box lightsaber and instead gives me a grab bag losing my money. It didn't come wrapped on the hilt but just came with blade attached to the hilt.
The sabers are truly amazing great job I really love my light saber and the quality is just out standing

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
