I had to open the box and inspect the present. Im 27 and I felt cool with his blue lightsaber. I know he's going to freak out on Christmas. Im planning on getting my own from Ultrasabers. I had been considering buying a saber from here for a few years and finally decided to get one. All the custom choices were accurate. Customer service is great: I placed my order during a promotion but forgot to enter the promo code; customer service were able to retroactively apply the code after verifying my order qualified. I gave four stars for two reasons: the time from order to delivery was about a month without any indication it would take that long; also, my blade arrived with white spots, which I am guessing is the results of dents during shipping.
The actual quality of my lightsaber is amazing and I am so glad I've finally bought one.
My only issue is if you're ordering a custom product, this company might not be the best choice. They will replace your custom chosen parts and deliver a product different to what you ordered and will not organise refunding or fixing your order.
If you do definitely want it replaced to get what you actually ordered, they then expect you to pay them further to remedy it.
I am still waiting on my order from July 1 these were supposed to be Christmas presents
I have a number of sabers from other brands and vendors that have lots of bells and whistles, but my ultrasabers are the pride of the lot so far. The colors are intense and bright, and the sound is awesome! Without a doubt the loudest and clearest sounding Saber I own. Construction is absolutely sturdy and feels great in the hands. I'd feel very confident using these for pictures or even dueling with them. The kids love them too. Plan to buy more!
Great online business! Wish they would've also been a store, but even without they're great. Fast on lightsabers that they definitely have in stock, or non-busy. And they even take care of what you want!
Lightsabers and starwars have always been apart of my life so when i got my saber i was so excited even tho i cant physically hold it yet it is up in my room back home and my mother thought it was super cool
Wonderful got one for myself and one for my brother he got it it time to go as luke skywalker for halloween and loves it i now have a really cool all chrome phropecy and dark procpechy to make a doubke couldnt be better plus its silver!

A lot of time and effort are put into crafting these sabers and it really shows. I am always going to be shopping for sabers here, because there is not like an ultrasaber.
The order process is laid out step by step, which is great because it ensures the saber will be customized to the last detail; however, I had questions about several options. I sent an email message requesting help with placing my order, but never heard back (the reason for the single star on customer service). A friend of mine was able to answer my questions, and I placed my order at the end of September. The saber arrived at the end of October, which was within the time frame specified on the website. My only other complaint is the extra fee I paid for a Blade Retention Screw Wrench (it really should be included in the price), but it wasn't sent with the saber. That being said, this thing is AWESOME! I purchased it as a gift for a client, and I almost kept it for myself. The craftsmanship on the hilt is impressive, and the sounds are spot on. I can't think of enough superlatives to describe the finished product. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase, and if I ever need another one I'll definitely order from Ultrasabers.

I received my saber quickly and it was able to be used in full contact dueling with a friend who also purchased one. Looks really good only issue is batteries needed to be changed fairly quickly and replacing them wasn't easy as they were wrapped in electrical tape.
It was a great experience! Will definitely order from Ultrasabers again.
