A bit hard to get ahold of when I first reached out. I didn't get a response from the website, but I did find someone to talk to on their Facebook page. Once I was in contact with someone it was easy. I needed a repair made to my battery pack, I sent in my piece and got it back about 3 weeks later. The person on facebook even reached out later to make sure everything got taken care of. I've had my saber for 2 years and I absolutely love it. If you ever see Ultrasabers at an event or con, I suggest hopping in line and getting one! Great for kids and adults.
My 14 year old son wanted a mystery box for his birthday and I humored him. (And also made him start watching Star Wars. He's hooked now) This saber is awesome! Totally worth it. Very bright and sturdy. We both enjoy playing with it! Looking forward to ordering again! He's got one picked out already and is saving up.
I love the sabers, great for dueling. But it would take up to five days for the customer service to respond to me. And they wouldn't tell me when the saber was out of stock until I asked them why it was taking five weeks for it to arrive.
Cant wait for the kids to open theirs tomorrow! They keep stealing mine to use instead of the cheaper ones we had for them so I got them each their own this year!

Needed something asap, and in 3 days I had my custom Saber overnighted. It is amazing craftsmanship and an amazing piece. It's like art, except it can legit fight.
The production of the lightsaber is amazing and exactly what was ordered. The order was placed 10/23 and I didn't receive it until 12/14. The lack of communication from this company to explain their production process or give specific shipping details needs to be approved. After spending several hundreds on adult collectibles, I think the company can give more realistic updates and it should not take two months from order to delivery. Other than that, the lightsabers are amazing and easily the best birthday present my teenage son loves.
Great and awesome product but it took two months to receive product and the only reason I received it earlier is because I changed my order to a hilt that was in stock. The crazy thing it's that when I ordered the specific saber it said it was in stock and would receive it in less than four weeks. Also I was supposed to get a grab or mystery saber for my purchase in October but never got one.
I love my sabers but it took an extremely long time to her here, over 2 months. But I thank you for getting them to me.
Never again ultra sabers, the delivery has not yet arrived. We'll wait until January, then we'll try to get the money back.
Regarding the lightsabers, Ultra Sabers are light-years behind the technological progress and have bad instable chassis compared to almost every competitor and are therefore highly overpriced. The chassis of one lightsaber even arrived broken.
Ultra Sabers is good for buying lightsaber parts and blades. Because of the rumors of slow shipping time, I asked upfront my most recent purchase how long the delivery to Germany would take, got a fast and polite answer, ordered and had the purchased coupler in my hand soon after. I was very pleased with the good customer service and the quick delivery.
Within 2-3 weeks the wire split. Customer service was absolutely terrible. Do not buy from ultrasabers at all, there's a reason Reddit denounced these guys
I ordered two sabers for the kids Xmas. Upon receipt they both worked and looked excellent! Ultrasaber got the order to me in under two weeks. I had also received a bonus initiate from the promotion at that time. That too was excellent. I am going to follow up the review once Xmas comes and the boys and I have a chance to put them through their paces. I got the heavy blade on both as the boys are 10 & 12 and very enthusiastic about swing the lightsabers lol. But as of 12/18/2020 I'm happy with the purchase. I will also update with pictures at that time.
Spend five minutes googling the reviews of this organization and you'll learn far more than I can tell in two sentences. Spend your money elsewhere, and you'll be much happier.
I ordered a saber from Ultra Sabers for my son for his birthday. I placed my order on July 2, months went by and I sent a email to the company and did not receive a response, then I left 4 more emails with no response. I had to call my credit card in October and cancel the order. 3 months 5 emails and 2 phone calls and I never got a response from Ultra Sabers. Very disappointing for my 10 year old son!
We were not disappointed with the arrival of the light saber. It was immediately used. It was on back order and I reached out to your company and an immediate response with a solution was provided. I am very satisfied with the product and service.

This is the most amazing product I have ever bought. So many fun things I have done with my friends. Although, I had to wait 6 months for my lightsaber to deliver which I am not happy about. Would have been a 5 star otherwise.
