I purchased two lightsabers (customized) in mid November. So, it was the peak of the holiday shopping season. My order was delayed because one of them was out of stock. Totally understandable. They contacted me giving me options (choose a different version in stock, wait, etc.) and were professional and friendly. I contacted them after I made my initial decision to follow up, and they were quick to respond and very efficient with their communication about my order. They sent me a notification as soon as my sabers shipped and I received them within the time frame they estimated. I am SO HAPPY with the level of care and professionalism they took with my order. This is the second time I've purchased sabers from them and will continue to buy from them as well as recommend.

My son was very happy with his ultra saber it was a Christmas gift it came well be for Christmas and totally met expectations. Thank you.

This was a gift for my fiancé this past Christmas 2020 and he wanted the mystery saber! So I ordered it and it came in a very timely manner! The only thing I would have changed is the box it comes in was very boring... Normally, when I get him mystery boxes they come in really cool looking packaging but this was just a brown shipping box. Other than that it was great! My fiancé loved the saber he got!

Great product for nerds and badasses alike! Got it in around two weeks which is pretty good considering Covid and their 3-4 week estimate.

Title says it all: the light sabers are very impressive and their customer support was able to make it all work during these difficult (COVID) times

We got lightsabers for my daughter and her boyfriend. Both are high quality and the attention to detail is amazing! Customer Service was great about getting back to me very quickly when I had questions and they were delivered much faster than expected! I would buy from them again and I highly recommend them.

I love there lightsabers its not easy finding good quality saber hilts let alone the rgb lighting that doesn't dislodge while using, they are every penny worth what you pay for absolutely awesome.

Terrible experience, whatever you do do not buy from this terrible crappy fraud company. I ordered my saber on April 4th 2020, (a black scorpion with premium sound) and still received nothing. Not a word from ultrasabers nothing from the company they just forgot. I have emailed many times inquiring about the saber and got absolutely nothing back. Ultrasabers isn't even good for the price either, a friend of mine was able to get a neopixel saber for $260 which is able to change colors and has sound and blade effects included. Even better he got his in 1 week as opposed to wasting $270 on a saber with 1 color, sound and no blade effects and didn't ever even show up. I used to think that ultrasabers was a good company but now I know the truth they're overpriced, won't give you your order and complete frauds. I'm tired of thinking that this company is just behind because of covid or being the least bit understanding for them because its been 9 months and nothing has been updated about my saber, there is no excuses for what they are doing. I'm beyond frustrated with ultrsasabers and will never recommend or buy anything from their store again.

These people are criminals! I placed an order an December 12th, received no shipping notification after one week, I emailed them only to find out my item won't be shipped for another 4 weeks. No mention of this via their website and when asked to cancel as this was my son's Christmas gift, they told me they will withhold 20% for restocking fee. Twenty percent restocking fee for an item that is not available for another 4 weeks. These people are thieves. Do not use their service. I will report them to every consumer reporting agency until I get my entire refund back. Criminals.

This website allows you to creat custom lightsabers at great and affordable prices, after creating mine it came fast and is amazing quality.

I have ordered from them 5 times or more and have not had a single problem. I also like the help forums

I purchased 2 sabers, but ended up refunding one because of a supply shortage due to COVID. I ordered a Chosen One saber in July, but wasn't informed about said shortage until a month after I ordered it. I thought I would've gotten an email prior to that, but no. A month after sending them my money, was told I was going to have a 16 week wait. I ordered another saber in October, the Prophecy, and it was shipped out within 3 days -which despite getting my saber, there are some things I was irritated about; I had gotten a confirmation email of my order, and an update on my order within 2 days of it being shipped -yet had none of that on my previous order which was almost 3 times in price the one I had just purchased. Although I am very happy with the Prophecy and their communication with it, I refunded my Chosen One because I didn't feel like waiting 4 more months for a saber I already waited till December on.

Did a wonderful job with the sabers. Took a bit longer than anticipated to receive, but the wait was worth it.

Sturdy and so fun to play with! Love it!
The handle is thick but not overly so, the only little problem is the color of the saber. It has faded from pink to red but idk if it's bc of the battery or the lights.
