I ordered the guardian hilt with sound and a blue LED and I have not been happier with a purchase. The product works great and also has a great feel in my hands. It goes great with my collection and I will be sure to buy from here again.
My boyfriend is a really really big Star Wars fan, so for our anniversary I decided to make the plunge and get him his very own fancy lightsaber. I got the upgraded sound board, and the first time he turned it on, he couldn't believe how awesome it sounded and how it made sounds when he would swing it or wack me with it (obviously not super hard but just enough that it made the clash sound). I'll definitely be ordering again.
I ordered 3 sabers for my kids as Christmas Presents. When there was a problem with not having the correct color switch, customer service emailed me to notify and asked what I would like to do. They answered my questions quickly and we went ahead and changed to colors. The sabers arrived within a week and to say my kids were ecstatic is an understatement of the years. We will definitely be ordering again. The only thing is that too add sound is a 100.00 per saber which for me is a little steep
As soon as I got my package, it came in good condition. I opened it and I started to play it with my brother. It was a fun experience and I will try to save money to buy maybe a few more sabers.
The saber was very heavy duty which I love, I bought it to hang above my bed as decoration and its perfect. The only issue I had was that my pink saber ended up changing to red and it's been that way for about a month now.
Other than one product which I am still waiting on (there were some stock issues which I was not aware of), the service was excellent; the sabers are bright and are super durable! Their customer service is great too, and they have been great about communicating about this stock issue with me!
Bought 3 lightsabers as gifts for our kids and all 3 of them love them. Variety and quality are awesome. Will be ordering more in the future for my spouse and myself. Love them!
Ordered product. Turned out it was out of stock. I tried to handle my issue over the phone. Would have made things so easy. Instead I had to go back and forth for two weeks over emails to resolve the order. And then I had to wait for it. Beginning to end it took 7 weeks to arrive. Neat product but their customer service was slow and acted like I was bothering them. Would not recommend.
The lightsaber took 5 days to get here. And it's so cool looking and worth every penny. Me and my friend have been using it for fighting/ vsparing/ training for fun with it bc I got the ultra edge heavy grade blade and the thing is sooo strong, it broke every PVC pipe that we used against the lightsaber. This thing is strong. Overall 10/10
Great saber, but lack confidence in the electronics and feel 2 blade retention screws would keep the blade in place much more securely. The electronics sounds great but occasionally don't respond and will need a moment or a bump before pressing the button again to get it to start working properly (this isn't a loose battery thing I've checked and had it on a couple of sabers). It would also be nice if they secured the switches more securely as the ring around the outside feel loose on 2 of my sabers with AV switches.
Ordered two stunt sabers (new - not grab bag) and one looked used (scuffed and dirty). The switches were AV instead of guarded which was a nice surprise. Overall good.
Received my saber on the 12th, and everything looked good except that the blade plug was missing from the order.
Product was shipped and delivered much faster than I was expecting! Good quality product (archon v3) and customer service helped me with questions I had once I received my order
Great customer service and awesome sabers! There was a delay on a saber i ordered and customer service reached out ti me to notify me of the delay and even gave me the option to replace the holt if i wanted to arrive earlier. I recieved it 2 days after. The saber itseld is great and it turned out to be an amazing xmas gift fir my brother.
Order dominicide Nov. 17th and was contacted in mid December for informing dominicide part was out for 9-11 weeks and I can substitute with suggested sabers but had to pay with the same features on the dominicide by $60 additional. Very disappointed with the business and first time experience for a gift. But through all the disappointment I had to order this gift for my boyfriend, he was really pleased with it.

My brother had been asking for one for years and I ended up getting him one for Christmas. I thought it was going to take weeks to ship but it shipped within two weeks of me ordering. My brother loves the lightsaber and it's super great quality.
Amazing sabers. I received my first order 2 weeks after ordering and I am very satisfied with the lightsaber. I since then have ordered one more that took a litte bit longer but was still high quality. I shared this with my friends and they ordered some and were very satisfied.
My Experience with Ultrasabers began March 26 2020 when i ordered 2 Sabers for the Birthday of my fiancee one month later. Sum of 700USD.
I was very well aware the order could take longer but since the then starting pandemic situation my financial state only led me order it then.
No worries i thought, she is such a great Starwars fan she will love the gift whenever it arrives. Especially since Starwars is kind of how we met.
3 Months later my first mail reached Ultrasabers with no answer. Many Phonecalls, late at night since i live in Germany, later with no answer aswell. My Phonebill thanks you Ultrasabers.
4 Months later i get an Email. Totally normal problem with a machiene, 8-10 Weeks wait time.
Ma answer, no worries pandemic times, totally understandable.
7 Months Later, 3 weeks after the maximum 10 weeks wait time. Its December now, alsmost christmas. Half a year after my fiancee's birthday, we are getting married soon.
I write another mail to Ultrasabers, the same person answeres me almost the same answer Copy paste.
Times are rough, i know so i send back a reply that i would think about it for a couple of days.

I write back 2 days later and explain him that i'd like to request a refund and check back in their store later 2021, since financial times have been rough on my and my fiancee's life aswell. He kindly answers that that would be no problem and i would get the entire sum refunded.

Again i reach out to them. I call them 17 Tims in a timespan of 8 Hours. The entire Workday no one answeres the phone. Just the ironic Message "Write us an email, we answer faster"

I am spent. I have run after this order and now this refund forever.
I have written to the owner via Facebook, every epmployee i could find any contact data of and trief everything. Radio silence. I even reached out to Shoppersapproved who kindly let me place this review at least.
I really Hope Ultrasabers remedies the situation.
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
