While at first I was disappointed that I wouldn't be getting the Black Reaper hilt, I have ended up loving my Crimson Reaper hilt even more with the Blue Violet Amethyst blade color, I have even named it The Black Rose Saber.

Ultra Sabers is a great place to get your one of a kind lightsaber! They have so many different hilt options, some even resemble those belonging to certain Jedi or Sith, and are of amazing quality. Ultra Sabers is one of the most affordable saber companies that specialize in high-end sabers. There are many different options to choose from and have Youtube videos to help explain things you might not understand. I ordered a Graflex with a 32" mid-grade ultra edge blade in Artic blue to resemble Anakin/Luke's lightsaber on 6/4. Unfortunately, my order took 6 months to arrive since coronavirus hampered their production, so I received it in the beginning of December. Nonetheless, I understood the implications of the pandemic on small businesses and I was still very happy with my order. The customer service/communication during those 6 months was awful; they do not respond to emails or follow up with people. However, I must say that they have greatly improved their customer service since they realized this was a major complaint amongst their consumers. I actually ordered a second saber a week after I got my first one in December and it arrived in less than 10 days! My second one was an Archon v. 3 with a 32" heavy grade blade. I definitely recommend buying from this company since they now have improved customer service and offer quality sabers. In terms of recommendations for sabers, I got a 32" blade because I am 5'9 so it would have been too long if I got the 36" normal one, and make sure to always go with ultra edge since it gives the blade a fuller look while the other one looks cheaper. There is no feasible way to use the saber with regular batteries, so if you do not get the Lithium-Ion batteries from them, make sure to buy some rechargeable batteries from Walmart or Target that you can recharge easily. I got the emerald driver for my second saber and it is totally worth the extra money because you can change the blade to any color! For hilts, that's totally your decision, I suggest going with something that looks like your favorite character's or something that would look like it would be in the movies!

I like the lightsabers I've boughtn but it ships faster for a new customer then an existing one it took two months for me to get my lightsabers the second time around, while the first time it only took two weeks.

Amazing customer service! Even tho it took a little over a month to arrive, the service is absolutely amazing! The saber itself is great and modifying the blade and emiter for custom use was a piece of cake! 5 stars!

I've ordered 2 sabers so far and they have both been awesome. The customer service was great too. My only problem is that the sabers with sound add an extra 100 dollars while other places such as the Pachstore can give you way more value from 100 dollars. But if your looking for a combat saber, Ultrasabers has got you covered.

I bought two "mystery box" sabers, one for myself and one for a friend, specifically for dueling. They both arrived in about a week and we have had an amazing time with them. They look amazing and don't show a single mark from the several sparring sessions we've gone through with them.

I bought just a $75 saber and it is perfect!
I'm definitely going to buy a double bladed lightsaber soon!

It is actually great. I have a lot of fun with switching the colours and waving It around and fighting with my homies. The hilt was made very precice and with a lot of Details. Thank You guys for bringing starwars to the real World with such great effort

Ultrasabers is a great place to get a lightsaber. They're high quality and great bang for your buck!

I have ordered from ultra sabers before and it was fast reliable and the product was sturdy and well made it only took about a month
This is my second order and they had barely ever notified me of the order I had to email them about the order its been a little over 2 months since I had ordered it and I haven't even heard its been shipped yet

Made the order, two months in, no word. 4 months in, they said there was back order on the part. Still said it was in stock on their website. 6 months in, suggested a change or wait 3 weeks. I waited. 7months same exact email, changed order. Only refunded $30 for a $90 change. Parts where missing. The original order is STILL in stock according to their website. Way more hassle than its worth. I will say the quality of the sabers are good though.

The sabers took over a month to ship because the company neglected to inform me that two of the parts I ordered were out of stock, however once I fixed that issue they shipped from the states to Canada fairly quickly. But when they finally arrived two of the three were faulty, one of them wouldn't stay on and would flicker off while the other was glued together properly. And when I tried to email ultrasabers to send them back to get them fixed they it took them over two weeks to respond. However the lightsabers are beautiful so I'll give them that.

It was around Christmas so things were tight for production. They still delivered! They were missing a piece to the saber I ordered. They reached out and offered personalized solutions. Probably what should be done for a $400 custom saber... but it was still appreciated because they managed to solve the issue and have it to me before the holidays!

The saber came on good schedule. But I received a blade that was bent notably and after having ordered in in November 2020, with light use (strongest blade) and not even dueling with another, the wires have become easily damaged and the LED will go in and out with the right impact, easily. Sometimes all it takes is momentum. I have not done anything abusive to this, and handled it with care. INITIATE V2 hilt, yellow LED, UltraEdge Heavy grade. Around 2 months of moving in the air, with no striking.

Came really fast and we're on very good condition when I had received them. No cracks or anything on the lighsabers. Would buy again

2 orders in as many months, and so far so good; reasonable delivery schedule, plenty of resources... though admittedly the latter can get a bit overwhelming at times, which is why the 4 instead of 5 stars. That said, I can only imagine how difficult it must be to run that sort of future-tech business in a time when most of us can barely wield a flashlight, let alone a lightsaber... thank goodness the real ones are still unavailable as of yet, eh? Lol.;-)
