It took longer than I expected to get here, but overall very satisfied with the outcome! I only wish it had some noise affects on the lightsaber, but I'm not sure if that was a customizable option. If not that would be a great addition!
Great looking saber, just what i was looking for. I love the feel and look. I can't wait to use this for my custom twi'lek jedi.
I found this company to be both great and terrible at the same time. The products that they create are great and reasonably priced in their own right (for the stunt sabers in the least) but there customer service is distinctively lacking. I had a simple issue with the saber coloration, and they have yet to resolve it as of 2/13/2021, I recived the saber and first asked them about it on 12/15/2020. I will update my review if they resolve the issue, but as of right now it sits at a 3-2 star. I would give 2.5 if I could.
A week before I needed a saber for Christmas morning, I got an email from Ultrasabers that they were shipping on about a 4-6 week delay. I contacted them to ask about the delay and they emailed me back to say that they could complete my order with only a few minor modifications, and it should arrive in 3 days. They stepped up and came through, and made my son very, very happy on Christmas morning. I can't thank them enough for looking out for their customers during a very busy season.
I knew going into this that buying a lightsaber online involved a lot of risk. I found ultra saber and knew I wanted to use them. While waiting for my order, I received an email that the hilt I ordered had gone out of stock. Customer service offered to give me that same saber with a different hilt and have it delivered within the week. They did not disappoint. The saber is high quality and everything I wanted.
Ultrasabers only shipped my order after I emailed to cancel after it was taking too long. Delivery time was good (shipping time was mediocre, I've heard it takes longer for some people). Overall quality is good, batteries ran out fast but the saber (dominix v2) is very balanced and it is a good stunt weapon.
I bought this light saber for my son for Christmas. I ordered it a few weeks before with the hopes it would get there, but, because it was a bit custom it wasn't going to arrive. But rather wait until a few days before Christmas to tell me, I got a message back pretty quickly saying it would arrive after Christmas and I was also given the option of getting something else that would arrive on time. I chose to wait and I'm so glad I did! We gave my son a picture of what was coming and he LOVES it! They let me know what was happening the whole time it was in production and we would HIGHLY recommend buying their products!
I am giving a bad rate just because I ordered it as a Christmas present at the beginning of December and it took 2 months to get the savers.
They always make good products. This is my second time ordering a custom lighteaber from them, and they make good quality products.
So, I wanted to buy some lightsabers because I want to make a short film, and I found that Ultrasabers was among the highly rated sites.
I looked at the lightsabers and below each saber (when you click on one) in the previews they have a lead time (3-4 weeks as of writing this). I was alright with it, although it wasn't optimal. Later after making a purchase on two of their lightsabers I realized that I had made a mistake in one of the orders, so I emailed the customer service twice and phoned them once over two weeks and got no response. I understand if a company is busy, but this is no way to treat a customer (or potential customer for that matter). I finally got a response after saying I would file a dispute with the company I payed with. I got a somewhat vague response but it gave me enough information to go off of and then a couple days later, a different person from customer support emailed me, asking what changes I would like to be made to my order. Three days later I received my lightsabers (you can see pictures of them below) and I was very pleasantly suprised with this because I live in Canada and sometimes it takes a while for something to go across customs. So far the lightsabers are GREAT and I am happy with the quality of them :)

The lightsaber is very good quality however I feel the blade could do with more work as the filament has come slightly loose.
I got my little brother a lightsaber for Christmas through ultrasabers. The lightsaber feels great and the color on the blade is fantastic. He really enjoyed it and I would definitely make another purchase
Second order from them. Have three Lightsabers in total from them now. Quality is amazing and I never had any problems or complains.
I bought extra parts for my light saber and it works very well. The fit of it is very good and very strong.
After placing the order I got a notification that this design would take extra long to complete because of stock shortage.
After several messages back and forth we made some changes and it could be done much faster. After receiving the package half off the changes were missing. After paying 100$ extra and clearly underlinging the changes I am very disappointed.
Also because zero respond to multiple emails. My advice do not use this company.
Because customer service after something is sent and you try to contact them zero ZERO response.
Product: lot of metal threads still on the product (very dangerous for anyone /metal splinters\ looks like it was not final checked and cleaned. And of course the missing parts and finishings of the order.
The most common complaint about the company that I saw was their lack of communication, long wait times, and sometimes the product failing. I received mine and I must say that the product is very high quality and I am very excited to have received it. As for the wait times and communication I was told on the site that the wait time would be it being shipped in 4-6 weeks and I had it shipped after 5 weeks so within the time. The only problems I had was that the hilt i ordered initially was out of stock but was not stated on the website and the package got delayed in delivery but that was cause of cross border issues and more the fault of the shipping company so not Ultrasaber's fault. For the hilt I was offered and upgraded version of the hilt, that was a small bit bigger but virtually the same otherwise, for free (which I like more anyways). All this was fixed very simply over email and was very quick to fix as well. Overall my experience with UltraSabers was great and if I order another lightsaber it will be from them again. Their customization options, easy to use website, product quality, and prices being very reasonable all are very good reasons to use them and even if the wait time may be longer then some it is worth the wait for it. I would recommend the mentality of "order it then forget about it for a few weeks" and enjoy your product when it comes. I know I will very much enjoy mine.
The lightsaber met my expections. The premium materials make the experience quite unique. The sound is brilliant.
I have ordered 2 sabers from them. The first took about 4 weeks then they contacted me letting me know that they were out of stock and I could wait or choose a different hilt; once I made my substitution I shipped out in 2 days. The second arrived in about 13 days after ordering. My son and I beat on them and they hold up great!
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
