Amazing hilt. Needs more insulation to prevent electronics from rattling around. The double retention screws on the back of the emitter, really help the blade stay in the hilt tightly. And the overall shape of the hilt is ergonomic to use as a single handed or double handed approach.

I absolutely love the product but one item I bought was a little slow due parts, and I get that but everything is great! The quality and time put in to make these awesome saber's.

Honestly I was so hyped to get my hands on a good quality, and very expensive lightsaber. Then they just took my money and kept the saber and don't have good ways of getting ahold of them. Very expensive mistake.

High-quality saber and great customer service. Saber came in great packaging with a lot of bubble wrap.

The lightsaber is extremely good and I'm very happy with it. Took a while to order but it is understandable.

Their website is easy to use and was really straight forward. I did have one problem with placing my order though. For some reason I wasn't able to place my order from my computer and had to use my phone. Other than that it was fantastic and I absolutely love my lightsaber. The hilt is amazingly well crafted but the electronics are pretty bad, I used my Saber like 20 times and now is doesn't even turn on anymore. I've also ordered a Saber without windom emitters and received one WITH emitters. Strange and a shame considering the price. Expected a lot more of this company.

They didn't have the saber I wanted but they gave me a good substitute it feels very solid like it's meant to duel with the blade is very bright 250 lumens compared to 160 for the force fx I have and the sound is the basic sound option but it's loud and much more accurate with the motions than my force fx these sabers aren't cheap but its worth it for what you get.

I wanted a lightsaber for so long, and now that I got it it's pretty good. Other lightsaber stores I looked at had expensive lightsabers or were expensive to set up. I'm not an avid collector or a combatant, so I just wanted a good quality lightsaber for a reasonable price. The only issue I have is with the battery pack, as it gets stuck in the lightsaber easily and it's very difficult to get out.

The saber is amazing all in good working condition and arrived quickly. Good customer service with any issues.

I read some sketchy reviews but also some good ones so I decided to give it a try and not only did the saber come out beautifully, the customer service personnel were so kind and helpful, and the saber came quick even through the harshness of covid on shipping in the country right now.

I had ordered my saber for a special event (a birthday). The estimated time of arrival was three weeks before the birthday. However, after waiting a month to have an email about shipping I contacted them and was only then informed that the lightsaber I ordered was out of stock. After replying to this I was failed to be replied to for close to a week. They did substitute my saber to have it sent straight away but this was after a lengthy process. Not acceptable by them at all, and they can not guarantee it will be here by the event. Disappointed and will not be ordering again.

Really happy with the lightsaber I've bought. High quality, great clear sounds and strong lights. I'm really in love with it, best thing I've ever bought.

Worth the money! Use it every day. I personally should have thought a better sound system but it is what it is and I am still happy with what I bought.

I love the quality of it. Im just waiting for the dual saber from "Rise of Skywalker" I'm going to buy two of them..

I'm very impressed by the quality and craftsmanship that went into the two sabers that I bought for both my son and I. The hilt and attached pieces are all made from durable metal and the blades are also extremely tough because we chose the heavy grade blade option for sparring. The sound card is awesome and we haven't even used it to its full capabilities yet. I've also recently ordered a saber staff for my son for Easter to use in his Taekwondo Bo Staff demonstrations and sparring, which should also be awesome. Overall I really like their products compared to others I've also tried lately and the options available to customize your saber to your own taste.

I love the product but if did take a while to get here. I know it takes a while to make but I was assuming cause I paid for 2 day shopping I'd get it in 2 days. But it makes more sense now that they've made the saber then sent it out in 2 days. Overall I love it.

Due to covid, the estimated lead time went up from a few days to 3-4 weeks. On top of that, the particular saber I ordered was low on parts so I had to wait longer. They did offer me a free upgrade to a similar looking saber that was priced at $10 more than the one I chose, but I decided not to do that. I placed the order on the 19th of December and it got to me on the 29th of January. I really didnt mind the waiting period, but if I was going to a convention or something I could see the lead time being an issue. The product itself is really great quality. Exactly what I expected, its loud, its bright, it feels sturdy. Ive heard that some people receive their saber and it's got loose bits inside or its grimy on the outside but I didnt have that issue. Customer service was alright, I sent 3 emails to them and each one was replied to within 2-3 days. Overall I'm satisfied with my purchase and most likely will buy from them again.
