The shipping time was long, but my sabers got here sooner than I expected (especially because of covid). The tip of the saber has already fallen off of one of them, after having them for less than 48 hours (just from swinging them around, not actual sword combat). I had to put bubble wrap inside of the hilt because the batteries inside move around quite a bit. Other than those errors, the sabers look great, the stand works well, the hilts are pristine and the saber staff attachment works like a charm. I can't say that I'd recommend these sabers for those looking to spar with them, but rather if you want to collect instead.
Ordered a grab bag saver and got so much more than I expected. It was exactly what I wanted. The saber is easy to use and quite durable.
Honestly a pretty good sight. I got what I ordered, around the time I ordered it, with nearly no fuss and in good shape.
Website isn't accurate to what really is in stock (had to be emailed what was and wasn't) and had previous trouble with communication due to being backed up. Once they got back the communication was great and I was able to pick out an alternative that I love and shipping was quick and efficient.
Buying from ultra savers is a good place to get into the saber community they do have good quality for low prices however some of the higher end things seem a bit more expensive than other sites for the same things however I will continue to use ultra saber they have good quality for a good price and that's what a lot of people look for
I paid for Priority Shipping and it took over a month to get here. However Customer service was very polite and helpful. The brass section on my emitter is tarnished and/or rusted, it just really looks horrible. Also I did NOT order a cover tech wheel or a recharge port for my saber and they were installed anyway... Not sure why seeing as those features cost more money to get? All in all I must say that I'm disappointed with the amount of extra time it took for my saber to get here and also disappointed with the lack of attention to detail with my order. For $500 you should get it right no questions asked.
I ordered a mystery Lightsaber, and was kind of disappointed. The saber works and everything, but the anodizing was very low quality. After playing around with it for less than 5 mins it leaves a blackish residue on my skin
Product was good. Customer service took a long time. When I finally got a response it was ok. As I mentioned csr response needs to happen sooner.
Great product and even though they ran out of the hilt i ordered twice they upgraded me to a better hilt twice for free to make up for it and I'd personally recommend it to anyone looking to get one and I'd most definitely order again.
Man honestly I ordered a kinda rubbed off look to my saber and I got silver also the battery life isn't the best.
I ordered the $200 mystery box. It came with sound and a nice bright yellow blade color. It does have good sound but I was hoping for more then the basic sound board and the hilt is just plain... not much customization I can do in the future other then change the pommel.
I am very happy with my sabers. I ordered a Malice with sound and it is awesome. I also won a grab bag stunt saber in the winter raffle! It looks great! Thank you very much.
The wait time was the worst part of the whole process. My Lightsaber turned out exactly how I wanted.
I got one of the mystery box sabers and it even came with an upgraded activation switch happy with my purchase.
My order came in good condition and is of a nice quality. This is my first lightsaber and it is good to use!
