I ordered 2 mystery boxes and received them in 3 days. Which is about a month faster than previous orders. That awesome... the downside though, they were 100% used. Scuffs all over the blades and damage to the hilts. I did recieve one with sound and I did no have to pull the tab from the batteries to activate it. I've spend far too much money on this company to recieve products of this poor quality. I will not be ordering again. Very disappointed
I ordered a large order on 12/24/19. Projected 3-4 week delivery. Its been almost 2 months and nothing. No answer to calls, emails, etc.

Ordered with the expectation of 3-4 weeks lead time per what was presented on website. I received my order after 6 weeks of placing my order without any form of communication from Ultra sabers to notify me of the increased wait time.
Hello there. I am incredibly pleased with my saber. The quality and brightness is insane (I got the tri fire orange). The feel of the saber in your hand is absolutely perfect and lightness really makes it feel like blade is made of light. Everything about the saber is of amazing quality. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is the lack of communication with customer service, I understand the back up of sabers being ordered and processed, as I ordered mine in late December after Christmas and the new movie. However, just a confirmation email that my order was received and being processed would have been reassuring during the whole process. Overall though, my experience was amazing and I will absolutely be getting more sabers from UltraSabers!
Ignored phone calls, emails and BBB. Warranty is not being honored. No response from them after 2 months
Great stuff. Little busy from the movie coming out but id say its very nice and sturdy.
My order had the wrong color and I am unable to contact ultra sabers. I am aware of there 3 day return policy and they also sate that you may not return anything without email confirmation. The color choses costed 20 dollars more (40 because 2 blades had the wrong color)
I absolutely love the quality of the saber and will come back to buy a new one

I bought a saber from here and it took almost 6 weeks to get to me. When it finally did, all the little pieces on it started to fall off and there was a rattle. So I had to manually fox the rattle and super glue all the pieces back onto it. For a purchase this expensive I expected better craftsmanship and the people who actually make the sabers should be ashamed. This whole process has been nothing but terrible and not only a HUGE waste of time but also a huge waste of my hard earned money. I tried to contact them through social media, calling, and emailing but I only ever got auto responses from the call and social media. The email would get a reply after a week. I'm usually a very chill person in terms of waiting but to wait for this metal piece of garbage that somehow passed inspection (if they even do that) is ridiculous. Anyways, that's all I have to say, other than I would warm even my worst enemy about doing "business" with this corrupt business.
I ordered my saber in December of 2019, I knew it would arrive mid-January. So when that date passed and it drifted into February I got more than a little impatient. I sent 5 emails before my saber arrived, none of which were responded to. They seriously have to up their customer service game. Once the saber arrived though, it is amazing! The quality is great, lighting is amazing, and super simple.
The bad:
-Took about one month and a half to arrive.
-Poor to bad communication.
-Forgot to ship a second blade plug (which i payed)
-Did not respond at all to an email for a little change in my order.
The good:
-Got an LE version of the product for the trouble.
(Which is +15 dollars normally)
-Got a discount code 20% for my next order, also for the trouble.
-Great quality saber.
With the new Star Wars movie, i had to wait a little more than a month because they had too much orders but I received it two days ago and honestly, that lightsaber worth it! The shipment is very well protected, and the lightsaber has an incredible light once activated, you feel like you have a real one in your hands! Plus the hilt is very well made too, you see and feel that it is quality.
Christmas rush took a long time but very happy overall
The online website is great to navigate but I haven't receive my package yet when I check the order status it is still in processing. Plus I already paid in full.
I have written six emails since the beginning of December, with no replies. My order got shipped to a defunct address because I had no response to update my address. I had to pay an additional $20 to ship to a valid address. The mystery box I ordered guaranteed a saber worth at least $75 dollars. Mine is worth $70 on their website. Stunt saber, no sound. So, not only did I get ripped off, but not a single person will reach out to address this issue. They pride themselves on customer service, and maybe I'm an anomaly, but this is ridiculous. I never write negative reviews, but beware. I hope I get to update this in the future with a positive ending, but right now this is awful.
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
