It took about a month for me to get my package because of the new movie, shows and other stuff going crazy with star wars so I can understand that. Either way love the saber and will be ordering again.
Very nice sabers built with high quality aluminum I run a small polishing and plating shop and polished the saber hilts to a mirror finish after receiving them

Got the email in January asking me to rate my purchase but hadn't received it yet. Sent email to ultra sabers asking where my product was and never received a reply. They don't bother with answering phones either over there. Fortunately I received the product two weeks later. Very happy with the product!

I love your products, and understand the wait time. However, better customer service is needed, rather than waiting with no contact available for the customer.
I placed my order on December 31st, and I understood that it was going to take a while to get it processed and shipped. So I waited. Finally the month mark hit and I started to email. I heard nothing back until a week later. I sent 5 different emails. Finally when I heard back, the guy who emailed me back said he was going to make sure that my saber was shipped within the next few business days. And finally I received it. Great shipping time once it finally shipped, horrible customer service.

Saber quality is good. Nothing bad to say except I wish I got the one with sound but that's what I get for being cheap. Highly recommend to those who just got into collecting sabers.
This was my very first purchase on a lightsaber and my very first company to purchase it from. This was worth the wait. Such amazing quality and detail!
I placed my order for 2 sabers on 12/25/19. I know that they would be busy. They took my money immediately, shocker! But weeks went by and not change in my status. I emailed them and got an automated response that someone will respond shortly. About 2 weeks later and I tried again and got the same non-response. I called the company and left a message but they said that the best way to reach them is by email. Well not much good that will do when they say that they respond but don't.
I am hoping that if I ever actually do get my products that maybe they will be of better quality than the customer service that is provided by the company.
Update 2/19 - received email from the company on 2/13 apologizing that my order after 7 weeks had still not shipped. They promised that it would ship within 1 to 2 days and gave me a 20% discount on my next order. Well here we are 7 days later and still not shipped and no contact from yet another follow up email back to the individual that emailed me. Guess I am going to have to put my retainer to work and contact the BBB. They obviously don't care, they get your money and don't deliver any product. I was hoping that after being contacted by someone named Joshua, I might finally get the product I used to be excited about.
Shipping didn't take too long, although it was supposed to have sound however it did not work. Although I enjoyed my purchase very much.
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
