I wasn't told that there was a hold up at the time but once I asked I got everything sorted out
Well I wasn't too happy about how long it took to get here, but once they explained why it was taking long I felt a little better about it. Otherwise I'm extremely happy with my saber.

My son was very pleased with the light Saber but it took way too long to get here and I only received it after opening a dispute with PayPal
I bought a Mystery Box saber. I received a Dark Initiate V4 with emitter shroud. The saber is valued at around $100. I really like the style of the saber. I don't like that the LED mechanism freely slides in the body of the saber and that the AV switch has a very small wiggle to it. Otherwise, the saber is functional. I'm okay with these slight defects in the product as this is described in the Mystery Box product description (saber may have minor defects).
Order was made on January 4th, shipping confirmation received January 23rd, and delivered on January 25th. I immediately put in another order for two more sabers because these things are awesome.

The delivery time may have taken a while (I ordered when many other orders were taking place) but the customer service was good enough to keep in contact and notify me with enough information for the time being.

Ordered during the theater release of star wars episode 9. They were definetly busy
A little clarification between stages of processing and shipping would be helpful. I was at the processing stage for 3 weeks. I understand the lead times but would have been nice to be more 'in the loop'. Overall great experience, and the quality was amazing. Will be ordering again.
It took a while but it was expected because the movie came out recently and it was the holidays.

Ordered 4 Mystery Box sabers. They arrived in good condition everything working. All different Hilts, which I was happy about. Did not receive any with sound. Slightly disappointed about that.
Ordered 2 32 inch blades and 2 36 inch blades but received 3 32 inch blades.
It took over a month to process my basic light saber, then the crooks said i needed to pay $89 shipping fee if I wanted to get it within 6 weeks! Don't call the phone number, much like the owner and the people who work there, the light is on, but no one is there. When I finally received it 8 weeks later, the quality is very poor. I think they must be self-generating the positive reviews! I'm doing my part to spread the word on the joke of a company to inform people so they don't have to experience this. Emory is a crook!
Even though the order took a while, I knew it was because of Christmas time and the movie coming out. So I understood why. But I got my sabers in a month's time and they're awesome! Solid, strong, durable, and bright! I highly recommend to anyone, new or old, in the saber community
