Been waiting over a month for my saber and the costumer service is none existing and the phone number is disconnected.
I orderd my lightsaber on 8 januari,
And after like 1 week i send an email to ultrasaber asking when ly lightsaber was going to be here, all i got was an automatic email saying it will be 3-4weeks,
On 26 januari i send another email to ultrasaber, ive got no answer from that email so i sended another one again no answer, then send like 6emails again nothing, ive called them already like 10 times an alwaic voicemail,
On the site its said my lightsaber is 'progressing'
Reallllyyy hope that i get my lightsaber, need it for cosplay, already had to cancel one beacause i dind't had my lightsaber.
I orderd my saber on he 28th of december. I recieved my order today on the 4th of febuari. Although it was quite a wait, it was worth it. I love the sabers from ultrasabers. And if I ever want to buy a saber again I will probally buy it from them.

Received a broken saber and have been ignored on my return request for almost two months now. Turned in request 4 hours after receiving item (well within their 3 day policy) go elsewhere guys. Russian roulette if you get a good/broken one.

Saber arrived in the UK at long last, and it is of the highest quality. Only issue was the long wait time, and lack of instructions on how to change the battery, but aside from that it is exactly what my childhood self had always hoped for.
I had a good experience with a customer service representative named Jake. He helped me and gave me exactly what I needed. Other than that, I had a somewhat negative experience. FedEx also screwed me over and I know that's not ultrasabers fault, but they're involved with each other and they made me very angry. If it wasn't for all the discounts I received, and Jake's excellent service, I would have been completely unsatisfied and would never order again. My saber is nice but for the price, a little not worth it. But i guess that's understandable I suppose. Oh well...
Shipping was slow however I have no issue with this because they are a small business and cannot possibly staff up for Christmas order season or they would probably have to lay people off, quality would suffer and prices would probably have to be higher. My only issue was that I got the CHEAPEST saber possible (V2 or V3) for the Mystery Box (which I have seen from many others) which to me seems to feel like it is NOT "random" but rather just a way to get rid of old inventory. I wish they were more honest about this... spending $400 on sabers here in the last month, I would have expected better. But live and learn!
The "full price" sabers rock, however; but I am very disappointed in the Mystery Box and I think they need an honesty check on their marketing here (video making it look like it is random etc). Just tell people they are going to get an el cheapo for the price of an el cheapo.
Sent a question about timing of shipping via email and never heard back. But I want to stress... the quality of the full priced sabers was very, very good. The lite sound card, very, very good sound.
Quick and easy and is really cool
I was told a 4 week lead time from the date that I ordered my sabers. Now my order is pushing 7 weeks from my original order date and still nothing. I have nothing to show for it but a charge on my card.
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
