Very nice selection and customization process.

Website is well designed, giving customers (who, like me, are very particular) a good sense of the products.

Not able to edit entries once they are in the cart. Would be useful to enable that.

I had more problems deciding what features I wanted than ordering the product. The customizable lights don't always work the way they were programmed, especially when the batteries are low.

I played with your product for a little while and The light went out on it for a little bit. But it's working again for some reason. Sounds like it was a wire issue but oh well its working now

Ordered my first saber I'm excited. And my expectations were met and then some. I love Ultrasabers and will buy from them again.

Seems to be very knowledgeable and informative with lots of options!-- but the options are rather confusing-- if they were a little clearer presented, I would give 5 stars. I think I understood them properly...

Very detailed explanations on product specifications. Loved the videos def added another lvl of understanding on the saber its self. Well done guys! Cant wait to get my saber :)
