I'm extremely happy with my first purchase from UltraSabers. I would only wish that covertec clips would be included for with the installation of the wheel. I am gonna order a double bladed saber in a few weeks and can barely contain my excitement!

The site is still rather cumbersome and a tad tricky to navigate at first. The customization options were easy enough i just feel like the site could be more easy to navigate if it were more simplified and rearranged. And maybe brighter.
I'm slightly disappointed that I have to order this part separately and pay extra shipping because it wasn't made clear that alignment couldn't be achieved between two hilts using a standard coupler. I feel as though that should have been stated more clearly, since I can't imagine ever ordering a saber staff and not wanting the buttons and clips to be in line.
While this may have been my own fault, I feel as though some additional information in text on the website easily could have helped prevent this disappointment on an otherwise flawless experience with Ultrasabers.

My experience with Ultrasabers was phenomenal. You guys rock! FedEx on the other hand was a right pain in the butt...
That won't stop me from ordering again, however. This saber is a BEAUTY!
