I've purchased from Ultra Sabers before and have been really happy with my purchase. Unfortunately, I lost a part at my last con. Even though the part wasn't listed on their site, the customer service rep found the part for me and walked me through how to order a replacement. I'm super excited and really pleased. Thank you so much! I've found them to be great people, and the sabers are quality work - durable and good looking. Every con I go to, people ask me where I got the saber.

The first step isn't very clear and I wasn't sure how to order the lightsaber, but after that initial odd start, I love the guided process. Make that first step clear or better and you're golden.
A little confusing in the checkout stage, but overall great experience so far. Can't wait to get the saber! Also, thank you for have so many resources to inform customers of specifics on the sabers!
