The videos were a big help in deciding what I was going to get. The quality of the saber is really good and way better than I expected. The saber is a good weight. The only thing that I did not realize was that the blade size 36" is super long for me (I'm short 5'2"). Overall, my experience with Ultra Sabers was very pleasant and will buy again in the near future.

I am still having trouble connecting my saber to change any of the available options. I have recently ordered a new computer and will wait to see if the new computer provides me an easier time with this. I am waiting to contact your customer service for further help until then. You have the most options as far as customizing your own saber and it was very easy to both order and use my saber once I received it. I mostly appreciate how user friendly your site is. I know nothing about electronics, LED, battery power, etc. You were very clear in explaining the differences between options and made sure I knew exactly what I was purchasing. My sabers themselves arrived very quickly and the quality was beautiful. You do excellent work on those hilts. I will definitely be back to purchase more of your sabers. Keep up the great work!
