Love ultrasabers. Got my order fast compared to what i hear. Good quality. My only complaint (for lack of a better word) is that i wish i could get a better estimate on ship dates though i understand in this kind of business its very hard to provide.
I love the sabers I received and I think the quality of them are on point but the shipping time took a little while but that was expected with everything going on hopefully things get better later on definitely would love to order more sabers!
My Ultra Saber is super neat and top notch quality. It's pretty solid and swapping out the blade and blade plug is really simple.

Hilt is absolutely perfect. However I will recommend you get the heavy grade blade because my mid grade one has broken off. Just the tip and a bit of glue helped that. Would be great to get another one eventually but overall fantastic
First time buyer in purchasing a mystery box. I received a stunt saber and very happy with the saber style and blade color I lucked out in getting. Shipping was very quick. So pleased that I ordered another one for my friend for his birthday!
Ordered 3 sabers, and for the most part they were ok to use but they started falling apart quickly. Would try buying again, just to be sure it wasn't a fluke. Great support team but i dont feel they advertise the truth of how frigile their products are.

AV switch would be a nice standard on all hilts going forward. I understand business is business but I think it raises the overall look and usability of the hilt. Having both, it's a big difference. Have a great day!
Though it did take a bit for me to receive my saber and I completely understand why, but when I reached out I got almost immediate response and a couple days after that I had received my saber to which I was very happy with. Thank you all so much
I spent a pretty penny to buy two blades but they only sent me one. I emailed them and they sent me a link to this website with no chance of refund or the blade I ordered.
Site could be a bit easier to navigate, but overall is pretty simple to figure out.
The part that I ordered on the 4th came quickly, but I have been waiting for my lightsaber order for almost 2 months now. Overall not the best experience, but understandable due to the holidays and movies that came out around the time that I ordered my lightsaber.
Got busy for Christmas and release of new movie but shipping and overall product was great

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
