Well for one; I understand that the Corona Virus may be limiting the amount of work that can be done for UltraSabers but I've waited quite a while and the only email I received about my order was that it may take a little bit to get it sent to me. But that was about a little less than a month ago and I still haven't received it. I may be a bit hasty here, but right now the wait is too long and there have been no other emails in regards to any situation updates or certain precautions they've taken with the Novel Corona Virus sweeping through the world at the moment. Once again, I don't mean to be hasty and I really want to give this a chance but I feel that I've waited too long for a product that should've been sent to me in less than a month.
Ordered 2 mystery boxes and one was completely broken - it was smoking and burnt out almost immediately after unboxing. We were not contacted by support after several emails.
Ultrasabers is honestly phenomenal, I was given a expected lead time of 4 weeks but due to influx of orders of course it took a little longer than expected. Shortly after the expected lead time I received an email that I assume is automated asking if I received my order or not and if so to provide feedback. I was a little confused at first so I contacted support to see if it was an automated email and my order was still truly processing, or if I was supposed to have received it but didn't have my order and neither did my landlord offices at my apartment complex. Laura got back to me the next morning and had informed me my order would ship out within 1-2 business days and apologized for the long wait time. I had no issue with the wait as I know it gets tough when orders start coming through in higher volume than expected and since they do keep their team relatively small it's understandable, but despite that it does show that even if it's okay in my eyes they still hold the customer with enough value to get an order pushed through to reduce the delay experienced and that is A+ service. When I did receive my order I was so pumped that I thought about calling in at work just to take it to my best friends house and show it off and try to talk him into saving up for one, but as a customer service representative for a different company I couldn't do that in good conscience.
Placed four orders with Ultra Sabers since November last year. Only one order came on time and wasn't delayed way beyond lead time. Dozen+ emails sent to only have a reply once and not even fully fix my issue at the time.
They are a lazy company in areas such as CS that uses the excuse of being overwhelmed to not fully commit to getting orders done properly. Being overwhelm doesn't mean they can't update their lead times on the web page when ordering or send updates to customers who are way over the lead time. Especially if there is a back order or something of that nature.
How does a order for a charger and a pommel take over 6 weeks to ship?...
The order was delivered quickly and the product was in excellent condition. Still waiting on my other orders for sabers but I realize that there are issues with getting parts from china with everything going on.
I ordered my saver right after the new movie came out, so there was some delay with all their other orders. I messaged them about it and they responded within a day. My package was shipped and arrived quickly after that. Great customer service and a great saver.
The mystery box lightsabers shipped quickly and the products are great.

My son ordered his Light saber casing. We are wondering how to fill the light saber. Is it better for him to start over and have the entire thing done again or can he send the casing back and you finish it or can he order the parts and build it himself?

I received the mystery box one week from the order so I was happy about that but the saber stand I ordered with it has yet to arrive. Other than that the lightsaber is awesome and I enjoy it very much
Shipped out the part in 24 hours. It got to my house in 2 days. I've ordered a few sabers from you guys now.
Would have prefered one with sound and a more interesting hilt as my first saber. Luck of the draw I guess.
Overall, other than the wait time due to being backed up(which is understandable) I was very satisfied with the customer service. I ordered my saber on February 5th, and received it almost a month later. The fabrication wait was listed at about 3-4 weeks with a 3-4 week wait time on top of that! I was a little upset, but I stayed patient, and I couldn't be any happier!

I ordered a small part as opposed to a fully customized lightsaber. I didn't expect it to be shipped ahead of sabers that require customization but it did arrive within my expected arrival wait time.
I understand Ultrasabers is suffering in their production process from the Wuhan incident, therefore, their slow production is understandable.
Ordering was very easy and it arrived sooner then anticipated. My son absolutely loves his Ultrasaber.
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
