I had placed my order on Feb 7 2020, and it arrived Mar 18 2020. I am so ecstatic that it finally is here. This is hands down the best lightsaber I have ever had! 100% worth the wait, and I will totally be ordering again.
When I ordered a lightsaber on UltraSabers, I thought it would be fun to own a custom lightsaber. I like UltraSabers and if i could, would get another.
Around the end of January I ordered 2 lightsabers both of them 1 day shipping and it has been 6 weeks since I have ordered them and they have yet to even be shipped, and whenever I email them I always get a stupid response that is "we are behind because of the new movie" even though the movie was in DECEMBER
Update: now whenever I contact them ultrasabers is not responding to any of my emails.
It came very quickly and I plan to order again from this site
Customer service was nonexistent and the quality of their blades are ok but their electronics are horrible. They don't have anything to protect their electronics, and for the amount they charge, you'd expect better quality rather than everything hanging by literally just a wire.
Quality is good but the time waiting for processing was very unpleasant
We ordered the light sabers on January 31st and did not receive them until March 13th way too long.
Shipping was slow but it was understandable these days, the only problem I had was getting contact of Ultrasabers. Once I did get a reply to my many emails about a month and a half later everything was speedy and helpful. They apologized and I totally understood why things were taking longer than expected, but overall very happy with the products I purchased.
The product was wonderful, and the customer service was very good.
It took over four weeks to receive the item and multiple emails to the vendor. However, once the vendor replied the item was shipped quickly. My son loves his light saber!
I've ordered two mystery boxes and both have arrived in good condition. One shipped very fast, the other very slow.

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
