Their products are amazing in every way, but the delivery is really long.
I understand the enormous work load ultrasabers was dealing with at the time, but communication was horrible. It did get better as time went, but there were a lot of customers worried they got scammed because they hadn't heard a word from ultrasabers in months. My Saber showed up at the estimated time and the craftsmanship is great. Navigating the website and ordering exactly what I wanted was very easy. I'm overall very happy with the Saber I received in the time frame it took. I just wish communication had been better when I had questions about the Saber before ordering.

I ordered a Dominix v2 in early February and, as I ordered during a time of high order volume and during the Coronavirus thing, I had to wait four weeks. I then emailed and was assured that my order would ship within 2-4 business days. It did and arrived punctually.
I was very happy to have received my saber from Ultrasabers, my second saber at this point! I understand the shipping times have been impacted recently, so I did not mind the extended wait for my saber (which was still significantly shorter than the competition's standard lead times).
Only complaint was I requested a D ring on the pommel of the saber I ordered (US Archon), and I did not receive the correct pommel, even after a service rep stated it would be included in my order. I've emailed three times now to ask how I should proceed on this, but I have yet to hear back. I assume this has to do with their current volume of orders and emails, so I do not mind the wait. Still I'm frustrated by the lack of response after a week.
As for everything else with my saber, it is perfect otherwise and definitely my smoothest purchase from any saber company to date! Very happy with the product overall, with intention of purchasing from Ultrasabers again in the future!
Overall I had a good experience with Ultrasabers. When I placed the order I used a coupon code for a free initiate saber but it wasn't included in the package. I contacted Ultrasabers but unfortunately due to the health scare, they took a few weeks to get back to me. Once they did they assured me that they free saber would be included in my next order which I had already placed.
I actually received the wrong product from what I ordered AND it doesn't fit one of my Ultras Sabers.
I reached out to customer service a couple weeks ago and followed up a few days ago and still have not heard anything back.
I know this virus stuff is crazy but I just want a refund.
The only issues I really had with my order was the fact it took two months from start to finish to receive the order which I can understand with the saber being a custom order. However besides that I am beyond satisfied with the outcome. Every star wars fan when they are a child whishes to have a lightsaber. Every ultrasaber I own is that dream come true.
Great, unmatched products, but delivery time and service was a big issue, but I I also understand becsue of the mass amounts of orders over Christmas

Hello! I received my order after a looooong time, not clearly indicated on the website before the order. Well, not a big problem, I can undurstand it. I received it yesterday, but felt a bit disapointed with this saber. Several issues made me a bit annoyed for a 500 dollars saber. First, the inside blade film is not well inserted, and is folded on about 30cm. No problem when the saber is lit but as it is a collection saber it is not good, clearly the blade is far from beig perfect. An aluminium part of the body is scratched on one side (aluminium is not finished well) and there is a line scratch all along the other side. A part of the body has another visible scratch. The most annoying is that one of the buttons is too short to be screwed on the body, it felt when I received it and is impossible to replace. I would like to send pictures here but seems impossible, I will send a copy of this review to the customer service, hope they will answer me...

Title says it all, love their stuff. Never had issues with it other than the fact that they demand you not contact them at all for a month... and then they take a week to get back to you. Despite that, I've bought many Sabers from them... and love them all. So there's good things to say, but they are exceedingly proving they aren't about improving customer service for their expensive products
So I ordered a double bladed lightsaber tbag unscrews into two separate blades. After waiting a month and a half to get them, two weeks into using them one of them died. I've been trying to email them ever since and got nothing, just auto emails. It've been trying to get help since January. I turned over to Saberforged. Though it is slightly more expensive the quality really shows. Brighter saber, nicer look, and it really feels like your holding a lightsaber. Not a cheap LED tube light.
I ordered the sabers in January, and I waited until March to get my sabers. Also my sabers were made incorrectly. I ordered no windowed emitters and no covertec clip, but both of my sabers came with them. No action has been made to reimburse me or fulfill my correct order.
I had to ask when the delivery was coming after waiting 7 days, I was told things were on backorder from China. When I ordered, the claim was 1-3 days. Then it was 4 weeks. When I wanted to cancel after 5 weeks of no communication but other marketing emails offering me free lightsabers, I was told there would be a 20% restocking fee because your policy was delivery in 4 weeks. When I pointed out it had been five weeks, Jason told me he would provide a 20% coupon - which he did, but it would have been nice if he had just given that to me in the first place, or communicated about the delays in the first place.
Now, I have the lightsabers, but the batteries are not working in one of them. I had to order new rechargeable ones from amazon. They keep cutting off so I am not sure if its the batteries or an issue with the wring.
The lightsabers are super cool, look amazing, but one isn't working consistently. We will see if that changes with new batteries.

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
