This my first Ultrasaber or high end saber for that matter. I'm very impressed with the quality of the saber, the sound fonts, effects, and construction! Once customer service responded, they were very helpful. However I have to take one star off for slow shipping and most of all not being able to get my saber connected to my PC. I'm a Software Analyst with a CS degree and I can't figure it out. Others have, but I have had no such luck. I may need to install a different OS. I have scoured the forums and the internet, but nothing I try works. This is a big problem for me since functionality is so limited if you have trouble connecting the sound board. Overall, the product is still worth the price. I understand the shipping speed issue completely, but the product would be perfect in my eyes if the sound board was easier to connect. I'm overall satisfied with this awesome saber!

It was good, a little lengthy on the delivery time thought but understandable.
Bought some parts for a custom setup. All the parts Ive ordered came within the normal shipping time.
Bought the DARK MONARCH with V4 sound in Fire Orange for a birthday present. With the V4 sound & adding a custom sound font,they had a pretty good day.
Took little longer than said, but well worth the wait!
I have not received the saber yet, I followed the link provided in the email to say that but it was only a link to say received. That's confusing! Have you shipped my order or not?
Ultrasabers is proving to be one of the best-looking, best working, overall Superior product in every way. The best lightsaber in the business, although I wish they did have a pickup area where you could order locally and pick up at a window or something, but that's just a small gripe.
The Shipping was slow, When I emailed them, They got back to me in day. During the Covid-19 outbreak. In the email they were specific, about the shipment and the reason why shipping was so slow. Soon after I got the email I waited 3 business days. I am very happy with my Order! Worth the wait!

Great saber
My $500 dollar diamond saber came with a charging port I had not requested, and the sound has refused to work. Ultrasabers has still not responded to me about the issues.
The saber I got, Electrum Wind, is amazing, but heavy, and sharp on one spot. The service was terrible, they never replied to my emails and I hope this won't happen again.
My husband loves it.
I purchased him the mystery box
He was really hoping for one with sound which sadly we didn't end up getting.
Overall he's happy with the amazing quality of the handle and the blade itself. We got the color white which literally lights up a whole room!
Next time we will be custom making my own personal saber with sound and bet it will be epic!

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
