I ordered my lightsaber on February 14th and the saber is still in processing. I look forward to getting my lightsaber, but it's taking a long time to get it.
Even tho the shipping was a a little bit late, it came fast since the delivery was placed. I'm so happy with the product that I ordered one more saber.

Totally happy with what I got except the delivery est. And customer service wasn't too great. Took them too long to reply on email like almost 2 weeks and never answers phone calls. However, the product was great. Love my sabers. They're beautiful. Would order more in the future.
I've heard many great things about this website and after getting some friends together we decided to do a group order of 4 mystery boxes. The arrival time was excellent we received our order within 2 weeks. However, upon arrival we noticed off the bat they didnt give us one of the blade plugs we ordered. We ordered 3 and only received 2. Next, 3 of the 4 lightsabers were practically the exact same hilt the only difference were the blade colors. The last thing that was noticed was one of the lightsabers had a value of $70 when the mystery box value was supposed to be $75 and up so I think they accidentally threw in a grab bag saber which values at $70. All in all it was an okay experience. The lightsabers themselves are a great build and look/ feel amazing. But the actual order fullfillment process was not that good based on the missing blade plug and how one of the sabers were worth less then what we ordered.
I ordered nothing but mystery boxes are good for if you're looking for stunt sabers or battle ready.
It took such a long time to get here, which I understand due to how popular Star Wars is getting again that orders will be a lot more busy. But once I got my saber, it was definitely worth the wait! Pictures and videos do not do these sabers justice.
I love my new saber! Got here in less than a week which was a surprise. I will definitely buy from ultrasabers again

They legit do not answer phone or email. Can not return it. I ordered it think it would come with the electronics since it did not specify but it was just empty.
Processing time was too long but the compensatory service was overall great
Sabers seem well made. Mysterbox sabers description should be a little more clear because it is hard to tell the difference between those and grab bag sabers.
