I ordered the DarkApprenticev5 so cool came custom made with sounds and lights totally worth the wait.
The lightsaber is fun but the delivery time was about 5 weeks instead of the 2-3 they originally said. Also the switch doesn't work sometimes when turning on/off and the sound quality isn't the greatest. Overall, however, I am pleased with the quality. The customer service was nice when I questioned them about the shipping time, I talked to Eli and he was nice.
I ordered a mystery box and got a silver aeon v4 in about 4 days. Fast delivery and great quality product which seems to be a standard for the ultrasabers team.
I received the blade plug on time.
I still haven't got any of the last 3 orders I placed on February 14,15,16th.
It took over a month to arrive due to a large number of orders at the time but they gave me a coupon code for waiting.
I mean, I've been pretty much a Star wars fan for my entire life. Seeing that I'm old enough to save up money to get one of these lightsabers is awesome. The little kid in me is always happy. Shipping was a bit long but that was due to the amount of orders going on and the pandemic which didn't bother me at all!
The wait was long, but it was for fair reason. Quality of product is amazing, would definitely purchase another!

The website is pretty straight forward and functional. All pricing is and details are laid out clearly. The photos definitely help purchase choices.
My saber turned out great, but it took 6 weeks for it to be made. I got the Blue Amethyst colored blade and it isn't as bright as I hoped it would be. But it is still beautiful.
Always nervous ordering something and getting it shipped all the way to Australia. Ultrasabers has never caused any hassle. A+++
Good quality emailed and got a response with in 48 hours
Bad communication, wait between emails is at least a week. 2 weeks after my order was due, I got an email from Rachel, apologizing that my order had been overlooked and promised that it would be shipped out with in 2 business days. A week later, I got another email, informing me that they could not build my order as they did not have my hilt in stock. They supposedly fabricate the hilts, so what was the problem really? I agreed to a lesser product just to get it over with. They did not send the correct blade and no Covertec clip, that I paid for. Pick a different company, this one does not care about your order enough to accurately fulfill it or communicate anything in a timely fashion.
