Best lightsabers
I had ordered 2 sabers and 2 stands. I used a code for a free saber. The two sabers showed up. I still have yet to receive the free saber or the stands. I contacted support on both the missing items. They addressed the missing stands but not the missing saber. The order was placed at the beginning of February.
The only issue I had was it was a little late, but it was because of an influx of orders. Overall I would probably buy another one.
I had an amazing experience with this it was my first ever saber and though it did take a bit longer because of this virus I still was stocked to get the product and am very satisfied
I ordered a custom Malice saber, combat strength with Lite sound board. Luckily I ordered during their giveaways so it was enough to get the free random one! It did take longer than expected as they were backed up and the pandemic affected some components getting to them, so they were out of the large malice attachment and explained the difference of having the smaller one instead or wait 16 weeks for the larger one. So, I opted for the smaller one. I contacted them at 5 weeks as it was past the 3 to 4 week window and they apologized and got it to me in the next few days. A few points:
The custom saber: designed for my cosplay, small malice was the way to go! Overall the saber quality is out of this world. Great weight distribution, strength is on board for combat, sound is loud and works great, lighting is amazing. Malice attachment itself does get loose when hitting but a quick tighten with an Allen wrench fixes it. Overall, high quality piece.
The free saber: Why you gotta do me like that Ultrasabers? A sith?! I mean, I know I picked Grey for my main saber, but sith?!
Shipping was a little slow but with everything going on I understand why
The lightsaber I got from the mystery box was plain and standard, one of the stunt hilts, but I didn't let that ruin the experience. The shipping was faster than anticipated, which is always a huge plus. I edited the hilt of my saber which was a fun experience, and I'm thrilled. Even if someone gets the basic hilt design, you can take it further yourself and make something unique.
In my opinion the saber i bought was well worth the wait. However it did take a while to recieve any information about it's status. I am still very satisfied with my purchase just be very patient.
Shipping took a little longer but overall loved it.
Poor customer service. No where was it made aware company was behind 2-4 weeks on the sabers. No one answers phones, voicemail was full, and email just sent a generic response. Finally had to contact through Facebook and Twitter to speak with someone. Completely do not agree with the price for what was received. Will not be ordering here again.

I had to contact customer services many times. My color discs never came in, and I'm still waiting for those. The shipping was very confusing and we had to pay shipping separately. Because of that it added to my shipping time.
I recieved what I ordered within the time frame they stated, and it worked perfectly but I did not get a good confirmation email or shipping updates. I knew the orders were supposed to take a few weeks to fabricate but it almost seems like you don't know if your order went through until you get the stuff in the mail. I sent an email inquiring but i just got an auto reply that said they were too busy to answer emails. In the end it all worked out but there was a period of time where I just wasn't sure if i was going to get the stuff i ordered or when i would get it.
It was almoust perfect, but i had to pay an extra 30€ becouse i live on Spain
Good experience over all - customer service takes a while to respond which is understandable but once they do they are super helpful

Very fast shipping just like they say in the video. Excellent saber, great sound, easy to put together and great for dueling.
Always great product
It took almost 8 weeks for my order to ship, and almost two weeks for any of my emails to get replies. Also, the blade of my saber had a irreversible curve upon opening.
I did not receive the product within the listed time nor were all of my products delivered. Will not be making another order with Ultrasabers.
